Digi Telecommunications / service down for two weeks and have been asked to keep waiting

I have been experiencing server down issue at my working location starting from end of April and filing several reports to the team. I have been asked for 48 hours and then extended to 5 working days. And was being told that I shall receive call from second level technical team latest by 12-May-17 but as of today no call at all. Again live chat digi and that person told me there is no specific timeline and I need to wait until the technical team call me. Been waiting for two weeks and no input/root cause/solution at all. Poor service, would definitely recommend my friends/families to switch to Maxis.
