Digi Telecommunications / postpaid payment

I had use digi for over 10yrs. I had only change the postpaid to prepaid on May'17. Since i received the first last bill, i already go to Midvalley, The garden DIGI CENTER to made payment for the last bill but i still keep received sms, email and letter that said i did not made payment. OK fine, i go again the DIGI center n they said they had mistake to another non-exist account, they will change it out to the correct one.
Then????until December, now i.still received the call and sms said i did not made payment...
I am very dissappointed with digi...
