Digi Telecommunications / poor communication with customer and irresponsible staff

Digi does not understand what customers wants. When customers wish to switch other telco only they realise that they need to treat their customer better, so they just simply give their customer a package that they are using with lower price.

Irresponsible staff in Bukit Bintang Centre. They could not recognise which number is issue by their own company. They keep telling customers go to other telco when the problem is only can solve by DIGI.
