Digi Telecommunications / oversea auto roaming charges
My phone no. [protected]. on 21/12/2017 i call to Digi customer support to open my auto roaming services. on 27/12/2017 i suddenly can't make call until i come back to my home town then call your centre just know that my account already barred. they can open for me another RM30.00 to use it until finish my credit limit but today barred again my account. i very disappointed your service. First your centre did not tell me the charges when i open the auto roaming, second they tell me RM30.00 can use it until finish my credit limit, third today they tell me can not open the barred until me settle my bill, they also tell me i should know the charges, what kind of this service!!!
