Digi customer services. why are you keep delaying me to switch out. I totally didnt receive any sms from your system (so call to confirm to switch to another operator). Do you know that when i call to their service centre, Firstly, I need to wait for their idiot system to press for the direction and wait at least 10 to 15min for the agent to answer our call. after alot of nonsense reason given by your agent, they blame on your own system and end up your agent didnt solve the problem. we have to wait again for the sms in 24 to 48 hour. maybe you wanna to charge us again for the next bill. Digi please la. if you still giving this kind service here i hope that all your customer will go. this is because of your services that you provide.
