Applied for free trial for S&H of 1.95 to be charged to my card and I have 14 days to return product and cancel. If I do not cancel in that 14 days my account will be charged 58.76.. I have not even received product and they have charged me and I called to cancel and they said they could not... I cant get an address or phone number to the headquarters.. got different ones not sure what is going on but it seems like a true scam to me ... Something should be done to keep these people from offering such promos...

    call your charge card company and dispute it NOW, before it shows.

    let them know of a possible pending charge and maybe they can block it before it happens, or you can always cancel your card you ordered it under, and then the charge will not be able to go through.

    my bank already issues 3 new cards to me in the last 2 years, you just have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the new one to come in... so have some cash on-hand to purchase things you'd use the card for, locally.

    I'm so glad you posted this. I was going to try the deal, but now will NOT, based on your review.

    One good way to avoid this is to get one of those "one-time-use" Charge Card Numbers, from some payment agency such as Paypal, or such, so you won't have to give out your real card number.

    If they try to charge that temp card a second time, it will not allow it.

    I'm not too familiar with all the particulars involving it, if there's a fee for usage, but it could be worth it, based on your experiences with a company like this.

    3 steps you can take now if you are a victim of this scam:


    1. Chargeback. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.

    I order DazzleSmile! got the free sample, did not like it then was charged 80.00 on my card. called and told them I send it back they said they would look into it, and credit my card never did try calling they give you a other number to call and no help. is there some thing we can do to get our money back? we should not have to change our card for people like that I hope they get what is good for them and have to pay it all back, then they can see how we feel getting ripped off thanks Dam

    It started with $1.95 free trial from HEALTHSMILE-866-825-7477 and .99 from IMPROVE HEALTH-888-219-4353 charged on my Mastercard !!! After Receiving Dazzlesmile-888-948-5508 or Dazzlewhite-8669485508 I was charged $87.62 by ULTIFRESHWELL and $92.37 from BRITETTH for SMILEBRITE-877-804-3670 on my Mastercard, Even though I paid $ 14 to ship it back in 13 days with a tracking number !!! The scam is they charge you and use your money for months at a time and some don't even get a refund unless you can prove your info that you have probably lost!!! I got all the charges and phone numbers and would like to file a class action suit on these scam artists !!! I cancelled one back in Oct. and still haven't received a refund even though they received it back in 13 days with a tracking number !!! I'm glad I'm retired and I guess I'll have to give up coffee because it stains my teeth!!! lol!!!

    Go to killphishing.com/historical-scam.htm and this company is part of a ring of scam artists and it tells you all of the different routes you can take to file a complaint against this company and also make sure that you click on the link and submit your information in detail where they are putting together a class action lawsuit against this company, I was scammed by Broma cleanse and Wytea and cancelled my card and will be sending off my investigation tomorrow, you can contact your bank and have them investigate the charges and credit it back. Hopefully this will help, if you need anymore assistance let me know.

    Best thing to do is cancel your c/card and get a new one. That way they can't take any more money from you. If you don't and you don't cancel with ALL the bogus companies taking out of your account, you WILL continue to get stolen from.
    Cancelling with all the other companies is impossible, I tried, I was given wrong numbers time and again. Even if you do get to cancel with them all, there is no certainty they won't use another company to withdraw your money.

    If you do manage to read a copy of the terms and conditions, there is a clause in it that says they reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without informing you. I.e. letting other 'companies' have your c/card details.

    I can't stress enough, close your c/card and get a new one. Fully inform your bank of what has happened and hopefully they can recoup funds for you. At the very least, Dazzlewhite and its many guises will not be able to extort another penny from you.

    DO NOT request a sample from Dazzlewhite. This is a rip-off. I received the product, found out what a scam it was and returned the product, unopened. Since then, not only have I not seen a refund but have been charged by two other companies that have partnered with Dazzlewhite to rip consumers off even more. When I called Dazzlewhite to complain I was told that unless I had the tracking number they couldn't do anything. How many peopole write down a tracking number when they receive a package delivered by the USPS and return it unopened? Um, maybe one in a million is the correct answer. I fell for this scam, as did millions of other people, don't be one of them. When I asked to be transferred to a supercvisor I was told they were all busy. Yeah, busy talking to irate customers like myself. Don't take no for an answer. Demand that your voice be heard by these con artists disguised as a ligit business.

    I am going to be charged that 58 something as well! It said that you have to RETURN the pen before the trial ends!!! I thought I could just cancel it like I did to Dentech Whitening (they're much nicer!!!) Don't know what to do? Help please!!!

    Saw nothing in previous material that I would be sent or charges for more.
    I did not ask for more and do not need. I do not have a full set of teeth - I am 88 yrs old. I do not have any picture. I am trying dazzlewhite telling them

    When I saw what the charge was (12.97 instead of 1.99 for the free product and the charge for shipping) I cancelled right away and was given a cancellation number. I called my charge card and was told they also charged 67.00 plus the 13.00. the only way to stop it is cancell my card. I just called back long distance and have been on hold so long I hung up. do not buy from them. sz

    Yes this is a big bad mistake many are making and I wonder how long before someone closes these unscrupulous company's down. I think of myself as being pretty savvy on the internet and I read the ad closely, but still got suckered!
    When have you ever heard of a fee sample that had to be returned??? or you will be charged full price.

    I have noticed that all of these complaint bolgs have a response from dazzlewhite, even these statements are deceptive, no where that I saw said they were going to charge you anything but shipping before trial period.
    Nor did I see anything about having to pay for a pen, that notice seemed to only appear on the email invoice.
    I also distinctly remember un-checking the boxes for the extra free trials but sure enough they were included on my invoice! along with heaven knows what else.
    This company not only misleads with their terms, but look closely at the before and after photos on the ad,
    Not the same teeth, look at gum line and the teeth, they could have done better to photoshop.

    I have no idea if the product works or not but why take a chance with these company's, white teeth maybe? a ton of headaches for sure!
    If you have gone for the free sample, call and cancel right away, oh and call all the company's involved, call and cancel your credit card, now before you become another victim!
