Custom Cushions / bad service

Ugh, tired of waiting. Looks like I just wasted my time and money.
The cushions never arrived. I tried so many times to attract their attention to my problem, but they never called me back and replied zero emails from me.
You know, it's pathetic when a company doesn't care about their customers. They show how they "appreciate" us. And there's nothing to be happy about.
