They took my money over 3 months ago. Over $250.00. Did not receive my two patio chair cushions. There is no way to reach them. I leave VM's. I leave a message on their website. All I have as proof, because they never sent a order or invoice number, is my bank statement that they took from my credit card. Not one response and I am thinking about calling police in Chatsworth, Ca but I don't think they will do anything either.

WARNING! Do not do business with this company.

Ugh, tired of waiting. Looks like I just wasted my time and money.
The cushions never arrived. I tried so many times to attract their attention to my problem, but they never called me back and replied zero emails from me.
You know, it's pathetic when a company doesn't care about their customers. They show how they "appreciate" us. And there's nothing to be happy about.

I spent over $100 on this site and did not receive my item because it was not in stock. The funniest part was that there was nothing said about that on their website. I received a notification from Custom Cushions stating that my order was no longer available and was promised a refund. Everything would be ok, I understand that things like that can happen, but that was just a scam. I did not get my money back and they simply stopped replying. I am extremely disappointed with this store and obvious that I'll never order from them again. That is not a good way to do business.

I've ordered several cushions from www.customcushions.com and was supposed to receive them a long time ago. When I just made my order they said that they need 25 business days to deliver, but almost two months already passed and there still is no sign of my order!
When I contacted customer service for the first time they promised to find out what was going and told that they'll contact me back later. No one ever bothered to contact me so I called again myself and spoke to a very rude rep. They told me that it was not their problem and blamed the shipping company. When I asked them to contact the shipping company they told me to do it myself!
These people are ridiculous and totally unprofessional! I'll never order from them again! And last but not least, I'm still waiting for my order!

I decided to try Custom Cushions and ordered only one cushion over two months ago and received nothing yet! They said that they needed about two weeks for the cushion to be manufactured and shipped. When I called for the second time they claimed that my order was already on its way. Another two weeks passed and I demanded my money back. They said that was not possible since my order was shipped. When I asked them when will it arrive they said they had no idea and it was not their problem.

Two weeks ago I ordered cushions from the website www.customcushions.com. The seller provided the confirmation email, but he didn’t tell me how long should I wait. After several days, nothing arrived and I contacted the customer services, but these people were really horrible. They couldn’t provide any precise information. I want money back, but they refused to provide money back. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
