Couriers Please parcel

Worst courier service in the world

The parcel didn't arrive yet. So far it's take 22 days. Still haven't got. Tracking info wasn't updated. When I called to try and find out where my parcel was lied to and left me on hold long time. Told to call back on next day, but didn't call me yet. I has important documents in the parcel. I explain them about that several times, but no responce from their site. Please deliver the parcel as soon as possible

Imagine running a business, which I do, and then having these many jobs booked (and paid for of course), but not picked up. Indeed, my customers are calling from everywhere and wanting to what the hell is going on. Very bad for business.

Rang wed and spoke with nada 4 times that day - made it very clear needed parcel picked up melbourne to get to sydney by c.O. B friday 8/02. She strongly recommended I pay for domestic priority to ensure I get it this afternoon. Now I have been told won't get till monday. Unacceptable. Made it very clear that needed this parcel today for markets on sunday. Excuses by your drivers; no collection thursday morning between 9am-10am as initially booked as did not get run sheet on time and already did run in the area. I rung to complain and received no help. The sender (koula tarpkou) rang and then was assured they will send another driver that was in the area to pick up yesterday afternoon. This did not happen. Again, you tell us pick up this morning only for your driver to claim that could not find the residence, also it was too far away, and now driver claims it was past his zone.
Now been told that the sender (tarpkou) has to drop parcel off at your depot - why the hell did I pay for priority service? Bonus - still not getting it by c.O. B sydney today and if we are lucky that it doesn't miss freight to sydney it may not even get to sydney depot on time for me to go collect it directly myself.
This is appalling service, has cost me money which I want reimbursed immediately not to mention the stress and time wasted constantly calling you people. Plus, will be forwarding a separate claim for the loss of sales your company has cost myself and ms tarpkou. I demand refund of my courier cost and then some and will be taking this matter further and further being media, so I strongly suggest you take this matter seriously and action this asap.

Couriers Please package delivery

Your delivery drivers do not even attempt delivery and state they have attempted delivery.

I'm sure they have delivered to apartments before and had to ring the buzzer and the person would come to the lobby and pickup the parcel.

This never happened and you state you have attempted delivery? Not even the missed delivery slip is left.

That shows that it wasn't even attempted.

People were home all day and you don't even bother to ring the buzzer.
Very poor service and I don't know why retailers use your service. When parcels are not even delivered and customer has to chase up due to not arriving.

Couriers Please one-day-delivery takes forever

My friend sent me a parcel on Monday 17th Dec and he chose the one day delivery service. I then redirected it on Monday evening, changed the destination to my working address. Then 3 days passed the they haven't updated a thing in process. On Friday morning, I called them. They said they requested an urgent delivery for me and they would give me a call back if they couldn't deliver it on Friday. At about 3 PM I found that there was still no update on the website so I called them again. This time, the operator said they did request for a urgent delivery but they are still waiting for the confirmation from the driver? ! How hard it is to call the driver? And they will call me back next Monday for further updates.
I have a flight on 25th Dec to another country and that parcel is very important for my journey. So disappointed at courier please. Bad service and stupid excuses.

Couriers Please residential deliveries

To whome it May concern.

This is the second time this year that the courier from couriers please has delivered to us before 7am.

Everyone is asleep and he feels it's ok to bash on the door and wake everyone up.

This is unacceptable! I have small children who were frightened by the banging on the door!

Understandable that he wants to have deliveries done ASAP, but before 9am is too early for residential! I used to work for Toll priority, So I know how it works!

Couriers Please no delivery of small expensive item cpag35z0108496

The company has not delivered my item and has not provided any tracking information except that the item had been picked up from the seller. Customer service absolutely no help at all, just 'apologies'. Item is in essence either missing or stolen by the company. Diabolical company and all of the many online reviews of this company attest to this. I shall be seeking further action and compensation for the item and my time wasted looking for it.

Couriers Please not putting the client's name on the cards you leave at the door..

To whom it concerns...

I am writing this complaint to you cause I am sick of getting customers yelling at me cause they cant get their parcel... the main reason they cant get it from the service station i work at ..Bp .. is cause your drivers when they try to deliever at a customers house they leave a card.. with no name on it.. ..
so when the customer then brings it to a hubbed pickup.. they cant get it... we have rules to follow which are stricted... when it comes to giving out parcels.. so if your cards dont have a name... well do i need to say more.. it could be anyone coming in to say its their parcel...if its the wrong person then who fault is it?... not the hubbed.. but your drivers who are to lazy to write... not even a con-note number either... cmon

So my guestion to your company to get your drivers to write on the cards with the clients name on it so its easier for them to come to a anywhere to pick up their parcel with out any issue.. it will make life alot better for everyone involved...

Couriers Please delivery

I received a package today - quite large and heavy and I asked the delivery driver if he could bring it to the doorstep. He refused saying he's too busy. I'm 32 weeks pregnant so I am disgusted with this service. I will complain to the product manager of the place I ordered from in they hope they drop Couriers Please. It's awful service and I'm very disappointed.

Couriers Please parcel not delivered

I waited in to receive my parcel, it seems to have gone to the wrong address, I am at Unit 6/128 Mowbray Rd Willoughby - NOT- 128 A, B, or C they are over at the shop across the street, I am in a block of units. I rang to let you know it went to the wrong address & I was told someone would ring me back BUT no call, if this is how you run your business it is bad, bad, bad. Would someone let me know what is happening.

Couriers Please my parcel never reached to me even I contacted more than 5 times

Hi there, my tracking number is CPBODZZ0008272, according the record that i looked up online, its already been deposited in Melbourne 9/Oct. i have contacted more than 5 times to discuss the delivery time, since my working time is not fixed. I was been told the parcel will def delivery to me in 2 weeks time before 3pm, I never step out of my apartment at all and I got nothing. Next been told delivery at Friday, then Friday nothing happened. Then Monday I received a call, then nothing happened again…. I'm so disappointed for what happened, and also the custom service staff sounds doesn't care at all, please tell me how to purpose a formal complaint and I want to know when is exactly time that I'm going to get my delivery, it's a big furniture I really don't wanna collect myself while I'm already paying extra for delivery to my apartment.

more ridiculous thing that the contact board never allow me to submit my inquiry, keeping saying that the verification code is wrong, oh come on

Couriers Please still waiting for delivery after a month

I ordered a phone from mobileciti on19th September, and I'm still waiting for it on 18th October. I sent an email about a week ago asking what's happening and got a brush off reply saying they've contacted the agent. Iput a complaint on productreview yesterday and they responded to that, but prob just another brush off. Sent them another email later today threatening to report them to every consumer organisation I can find. They are obvious scammers.

I have had this happen before I have rung up spoke to someone Parcel left out front in view of people walking past and ar the crossing in front of house i have 2 lots of instructions 1 on a door before u get to the front door and anther one in the bird bath near the door That is were he left ot right next to the instructions which say read details on door were to leave the items it says pull yellow washer and there is a arrow pointing to it and place near the pond under the verandah as this is our of site .I dont get any problems with most others leaving parcels here as instructions r well marked Last time i was told it would be fixed ? No its not please let me know if u r going to fix it

Couriers Please my parcel

My parcel says it was delivered but I haven't recieved it. The tracking is Cpak5qz1081799001. What can be done to find my parcel or see where its gone?
I need this resloved... This item was urgently needed.. I got home to no parcel!
Can u contact me back on [protected]@yahoo.com.au with details of what is the next step to get this resolved and I may have to make a police report of stolen parcel.

Couriers Please tracking complaint

Courier's Please has lost my package. I have been phoning them daily (often more) for 12 days now and they just keep completely blowing me off with 'we have contacted the agent by email and are waiting for them to respond'. That was fine for the first few days but now, now you are just insulting me. How about you CALL the agent and find my package. Yes, I have discovered that you can actually Call the agent, you just choose not to. This is some of the worst service ever.

Couriers Please delivery service

I put an order in from Pet Barn, your tracking stated that it had been picked up and then was in transit, then it said incomplete. I phoned CouriersPlease and they said that the courier was unable to deliver the item as it said that there were two parcels and he only had one so it was returned to Couriers Please. I phoned Pet Barn and they spoke to CouriersPlease and instructed them to deliver the one parcel so we could ascertain what was missing. Pet Barn again contacted CouriersPlease as it showed that there was still one parcel with them and asked them to deliver it. To no avail the parcel did not arrive. I did not receive a call or any information from Couriers Please about the consignment and would like to know how they lost or misplaced one of my parcels. When CouriersPlease take a parcel into their possession it is their responsibility to make sure that they deliver it in accordance to the instructions (e.g 2 parcels) and if there is only one parcel why did they not contact Pet Barn to find out where the parcel was, I should not be running around trying to find my parcel. I think that CouriersPlease is very disorganised and the lack of communication shows that they do not really care for the person they are delivering and for me to be making a plethora of calls and my cat food was still missing.

Couriers Please "attempted" delivery

This morning my partner and myself were both outside - I was in the front yard watering my plants and he was down the side having a cigarette, my housemate was also inside getting ready for work.
I checked the mail box as one does and found a stump notifying me that there was a failed delivery, and instructing me I had to then type in a website url and follow the prompts to find where I would now be on an adventure to in order to collect my parcel (fun). Following the instructions the website has no information on where to collect the parcel because it was only "attempted" 20 minutes prior...when 2 of 3 adults were outside and could have easily signed for the parcel if he only actually attempted to deliver it.
Instead I can only surmise that the obstacle of knocking on a fence and/or opening the fence in order to complete a task that, I imagine, is the principal role in your career seemed far too difficult.
I am incredibly confused how they are considered a delivery service when instead their company seems to only deliver stumps notifying me where I can collect my own parcel - which if I wanted to be out and about collecting things myself I could just purchase items in store, forgoing the need for a company such as this which is supposed to provide a convenient service of bringing the items to my place of residence.

Couriers Please delivery refused by driver

I scheduled a redelivery request for my parcel on 3rd Sep, and I wait at home all day on 7th Sep.
At the end of the day, customer service told me that the delivery driver refused to deliver my parcel in the afternoon of 3rd Sep. No one knows why the driver refused to do so.
Also I never receive any text message about my tracking number. I asked the tracking number from Chinese delivery company. No message at all about my parcel status.

Couriers Please delivery procedure

They tried to deliver at 4.30pm in the afternoon and found my shop closed. They left a redelivery card but when I rang them early the next day when I found the card, they had already delivered the package to an alternative location - a newsagency on Hay Street, Perth CBD.

So, there was essentially only a 30 minute window on the Monday to book a redelivery before their offices closed.

Now I have to close my shop for an hour or more and pay for parking to pick up a heavy package that they simply could have delivered to the original address. They claimed this was "standard procedure" but I can't imagine another courier service who would so inconvenience a client.

Couriers Please lost parcel and used every excuse under the sun not to refund it.

Couriers Please are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered an item a month ago, tracking says it arrived in Perth 3 weeks ago, ring them up and they apparently can't get hold of the driver, then tell me they
will get someone to ring back but never do. So i ring them consistently everyday for 2 weeks trying to get them to tell RS components to just do a resend, to which they decided it was lost, probably in the depot, lost, probably in the depot, lost...and their communication between each state depot is so terrible that I have to ring through to Sydney, then get patched through to a Melbourne operator who is looking after the case because apparently the Perth depot doesn't have a phone and they can only SMS them (to which no one is SMSing them back)...I ring them again at 8 in the morning, because the one call back they did I missed, to which I am told someone will contact me in 30 mins...that call never comes...in the end I decide to drive into Welshpool and talk to these guys in person, wearing my army jacket to make me look somewhat intimidating (it works well with my six foot height and short haircut), to which the guy tells me that they don't deliver to my area as its too far away, even though I saw a courier van of theirs in the next town over (further out) only a few days ago...I ask him why they don't have a phone and his reply was gold "We've only been up and running for three years and our volume hasn't been sufficient enough to require them", though according to him my parcel was lost by an unnamed third party company they pawned it off to, and he is awaiting a response from the driver. He tells me he's been trying to sort it for the past week, and he'll get straight onto a guy in Sydney who will definitely get it done and give me a call back ASAP, to which i say "mate I have been told about 8 times someone will call me and they never do, I'll stay and listen to the phone call, if you don't mind" (should have seen his face). After that call he said his guy in Sydney will make sure the woman handling the case (in Melbourne) will ring me back when he can get a hold of her.. After the call I get back to the car just as another call comes through from the woman that was supposed to call me at 8 30 (its now 1 30pm), who is the same women the guy in Sydney was getting onto. She tells me she can't get in contact with the guys in the Perth depot (despite him just telling me he'd been emailing them all week), to which I tell her that I am standing outside the place (the guy in Sydney hadn't got hold of her yet)...I tell her these guys have already admitted losing it and finally she tells me she will email RS and get them to send a replacement, though I am still yet to have that happen. To top it off, on the desk of the receptionist in the Perth depot was a glass trophy claiming that Couriers Please Western Australia was "the most improved state"...what annoys me that the way Couriers Please operates is potentially damaging to production companies and may cost them thousands of dollars in them being unable to complete a product or give a an estimated time of when the product will be available. I come from an electronics production management background, and I know how important it is to plan production and schedule work to component ETAs (expected time of arrival)...when an ETA is 3 weeks overdue and has no possible foreseeable means of being resolved, it reflects badly on the company making the product, not the people deliver the components of that product. It is obvious from my experience with Couriers Please, as well as similar reviews of this companies practices, that they have been trained to deliberately avoid admitting their mistakes and offering refunds by hand balling complaints through to different States using less than efficient communication methods to create a sense of confusion as to which department should be contacted and delay the resolution process. The fact that the Perth depot doesn't even have a contact phone number after 3 years of operation and is able to conduct business with a "third party courier company", as well the fact that these Couriers Please email service is unable to help with your enquiry unless you give them the tracking number, (despite you giving them all other ordering information such name and address, date of purchase and order number) is proof of how shady this company really is. I am pretty sure this is illegal, because it undermines the fair trade agreement, in which the consumer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement of goods that are lost or damaged by companies tasked with delivering those goods. I urge anyone else who has had misdealings with this company to also raise their concerns with the Australian Corruption and Crime Commision, or other relevant body as well contact any news services that do investigations on such practices. I will be doing just that.

Couriers Please no status of the delivery

I booked the courier from Melbourne to India via Courier Please, it was picked on 4th June and as per the booking which states it will be delivered in 7-12 business days. Today is the 15th Business Day and it has not been reached.
On the tracker the item was showing attempted delivery since 14th June, I am contacting Courier Please team and they are coming up with all kind of stupid responses. for 1 week they are telling me they don't know where the parcel is and they will follow up with their agent and let me know. Yesterday they contacted and asking me description of the parcel. Today I called and they are saying it was attempted delivery in India.
