TransportReviews is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They are very unprofessional and sneaky. I was searching for a company to transport my truck back to Brooklyn, NY, and A1 Transport called me. I did not like their price, so I did not book with them. However, I later found out that my name and car were showing up on their job board.

I spent an entire day trying to reach them, and when I finally spoke to Monica C., she told me that they had canceled the booking. However, I never made a booking with them in the first place. To make matters worse, my name is still showing up on their job board, which is causing problems for the company that I did book with.

A1 Transport is a disgusting and unethical company. They will quote you crazy fees, book your trip without your permission, and then make it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Monica C. is the worst of them all. She hangs up on you without even hearing your story and doesn't pick up the phone when you call her back.
