liquid lip products
I began using your liquid lip mattes, satins and lip glosses about six weeks ago.At about that time, I started to develop a rash around my nose.It became very red and bumpy.I never connected these items to my issues.
I continued using and ordered more lip satins and lip glosses.I even went to the Dermotologist.I was prescribed a very expensive cream, that did nothing to help the rash.I tried several creams for Rosecea and cortisone for the itchiness, nothing helped.
Finally it dawned on me that the only thing that I have used differently in the last six weeks is your lip products.
I stopped using your lip products immediately! The rash is all but gone!There is obviously something in the ingredients that I am allergic to.
I purchased about 8 or more lip products from Colourpop that I can no longer use.
I want you to know about my experience.

I order 7 eye shadows and a liquid lip stick because there was a deal where you buy 2 get 1 free and the liquid lip stick came free with an order or 20 dollars and the address on the script is correct but on the map it shows somewhere completely different in my town. Is this normal I don't want my money to be wasted. I also tried to call the store and no one answered. This is my first order from colour pop and I'm already thinking about not ordering from here agaian!

Did you ever receive your order? I'm having the same problem. My USPS tracker says my package was delivered in Georgia... meanwhile my shipping address says New York! Please write back as I'm upset to have waited 10 days and now my makeup is in the hands of someone else :-(

I had heard so much about Colourpop and decided to order from them.
I received an email stating they were offering free international shipping if you spend over $30.
So I decided to buy a few things.
-My first problem was that I was tracking my package through their system and it showed me that my order was very close to my shipping address, I checked the next day and somehow it was in the middle of nowhere in Delaware... Please sort out your tracking.
-Secondly, I checked on their USPS tracking and it had said that my order had been delivered when it hadn't. Although in the FAQ's on their page I think you should work with a more reliable source. I emailed customer services (NO OPTION TO RING DESPITE HOW "POPULAR" THE BRAND MAY SEEM) and found them so unhelpful and gave me generic answers and told me to contact my local post office...
How do I contact my local post office with no tracking number for that country, surely the tracking number given is only for USPS? I contacted customer services last week and no reply..
-Third, upon finally receiving my package I came to find that one of the eye-shadows is smashed beyond belief. Since I had such a problem with trying to get in contact with their customer services I thought I may as well suck it up as there is no dealing with this company.
Will not be buying from this company again.

It is so disappointing on what I have experience with the Colourpop. I ordered during the Black Friday last November expecting I will receive it maximum 1 month. Unfortunately, after several follow up they informed me that the package might have been lost in transit. They offered for a refund or a one-time replacement, which I chose the one-time replacement. January 13, 2017, they shipped the items, and again, after several follow up they informed me that the package might have been lost again. As of today I did not receive anything and they did not give me an answer why the packages get lost during the transit.
Something similar happened to me! Only one thing different is the “one time replacement “parcel they put my address wrong that’s totally their matter but they just asked me to contact the courier but the point is they ship to another country and how could they expect me to contact and waste my extra money on phone call while is totally their mistake!? I’m so mad. So what happened at the end to you? Did they give you a refund?
Absolutely same thing happened to me.. Both packages lost in transit. Did you finally get any refund or your items?
total scam!
I have made my order over two months ago and when I received my package one item (lipstick) was missing. I immediately contacted ColourPop support service and they said they'll send me another one but it is now two months later and still no sign of it. Last time when I contacted these guys they said that it was already shipped. I asked for a tracking number but they said that they did not have it, because package was too small and tracking number was not necessary. Absolutely ridiculous excuse! That only told me that they never shipped anything. I want my product or I want them to refund the money I paid for it. Total scam!
horrible shopping experience
I made quite a big order here as Christmas presents. Delivery took longer than I expected but I received my order on time. Unfortunately these guys ColourPop messed up the whole order.
