Coldwell Banker Advantage / Illegal documents filed against property title

1 MO, United States Review updated:

Coldwell Banker Advantage of Overland Park, Ks, the broker of the firm (Karen Bergin), and their agent (Linda Bobski) failed to sell my home and then filed an illegal document to cloud the title of my home, thus making the property unmarketable indefinitely. Their tactics are nothing more than extortion because they know it is cheaper to pay them what they demand than it is to fight them in court. Their real estate licenses should be revoked and they should be banned from practicing in Missouri due to their illegal and unethical actions.

yes, I agree I had a similar incident with a Coldwell agent in Glendale, CA. He worked with a loan agent who tried to get a rebate on the loan by disclosing our filed taxes without telling us. When the bank checked our income they DENIED the loan due to our income, which didnt need to be reviewed because we were putting 20%down.

Coldwell Banker Agent Brian Kolb Westlake Village California has several complaints from clients he represented in the sale of property. Once a contract for representation is signed he does absolutely nothing but misrepresent property, attempt to coerce his clients to sell far below comps for a quick turn around. Involving himself in legal issues, provide false documentation that has nothing to do with his job as real estate agent. There are so many unscrupulous agents out there and they give good moral and hard working agents a bad reputation. Brian Kolb costs people hundreds of thousands of dollars with his dishonest practices designed to quickly flip properties. This practice not only costs his clients but the community as a whole by reducing property values in the neighborhoods he works. Does Coldwell Banker condone this practice? Unless something is done to weed out these agents our real estate market will never recover.
