I hired Luis Miranda to list a rental unit I had in Paterson, New Jersey. Luis provided me one tenant to review that we gave the oaky on. We were never informed on when the tenant would move in and found the tenant living at the property when the GC walked in to make repairs. We didn't get a copy of the lease until 11/20/2019 the tenant was given the keys on 10/5/19 and moved in 10/6/2019. The funds were not released until 10/9/2019. As of today we still have not received a copy of the tenants ID and can confirm that an ID was never requested from the tenant. We also have proof that the person living at the property is not the one on the documents and has a extensive criminal history including attempted murder. I believe this is an urgent matter due to the safety of the other tenants . I no longer get any response from Luis nor the manager Alex Ristovic.
