I buy a pair a shoes and one of them looks fake after couple used looks like this, I would like to request to be replaced or refund, I had always buying from coach company never had an issue but now I really need to get to your attention.

Coach Outlet Order, gift cards

I made an order and it was confirmed and the amount was withdrawn, but I received a message that the product is not available and my money has not been refunded!

I also requested a gift card with a very large amount and the amount was withdrawn, the request was canceled, and I did not receive the card!

Coach Outlet Unethical process

I ordered a wallet from coach june 6th and I got a confirmation code saying that my order was approved and it would be on its way soon, today is june 15 and I still never got a confirmation that is was being shipped. I decided to call to figure out the progress of my shipping and it turned out that my order was cancelled by coach without my regard because they didn't have enough wallets in stock. I am angry and disappointed that 1. I never got notified that my order was canceled the day after I ordered it and 2. When I called they said that coach did not have enough when my order was made. I don't like that they had me waiting for 9 days with no regards of informing me whatsoever and if I had not called when I did then I would never had been told this information, I am truly disappointed in coach and might think again when ordering online from them again.

I am currently waiting for a bag that I ordered a week ago with no shipping update, I call and they keep saying it was out of stock and their checking different stores for the product. They gave me no update or anything until I reached out. This has been the worst online shopping experience EVER!

Coach Outlet customer service

I never been in Store that staff make boring face all the time. Who is the name Liz always make face like has period everyday and be [censored] to every customer. The Store always change policy every week like, Can buy anything the same material and model over 3 bags. Here in El Paso is Military city, we have big military base and almost store here can get Military discount and now Coach outlet here doesn't give us anymore. Staff make face like hate customer. Customers bring money to the store. So please train your staff nice to customers and don't be [censored] to customers.

Coach Outlet leather cashmere line glove

I received a black leather cashmere line glove as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it did not fit. I took it to the nearest Coach Factory Store in Northern Virginia. I requested to exchange it for a glove that fit. I found a pair that fit, however, the Manager would not let me exchange my glove (more expensive) for a pair that fit (cheaper) because Coach no longer carried the fit that I have. Although, their were 6 pairs of the same glove in their warehouse, he would not let me exchange it for another size. Shouldn't Coach stand by their product? The glove in new, never wore! Coach Outlet coach purse

My mom ordered me a coach purse from outletonline2019.com . The purse was 59.00 and MasterCard is the only payment method accepted. She thought that was odd but placed the order anyway. Needless to say the purse never arrived. I started checking into the site and I noticed immediately that it is a SCAM. This company can only be contacted via email. There is broken English throughout the site, MasterCard is the only form of payment accepted and no confirmation email was ever sent once the order was placed. Thankfully our bank is taking care of this. The name that appeared on the bank transaction is Tinghuism Hebeisheng.

At the end of December 2019 I ordered a purse and wallet from OUTLETONLINE2019.com.So far I have not received my order.On January 9 I only received e-mail that my order was send but I did not received tracking number.I wrote 4 e-mail to them and so far I have not received any answer. Instead of the purse and wallet I received a pendant that I never ordered.OUTLETONLINE2019 is scam.I paid $84.00US.

Coach Outlet broken product - a pair of earrings after brought

Last four day ago, my husband visited and brought a pair of earring (worth RM158.00) to me as my Christmas Present.
Unfortunately, I have received the defect earring which is can't wear it and also miss out one of the small logo tag coach too.
I was unhappy due to how come staff choose a broken item to my husband, although is sales item, but the service is too lousy and bad.
Please help to solve out.

Coach Outlet faulty bag

Dear sir/madam,

Greetings. I bought coach bag( F28967) from your store on 15 Mar 2019 as a birthday gift to my wife. Sadly, the thread near the zip is coming off and my wife is devastated. I called the customer service and they advised me to take the bag to nearby coach retailer . Today I took the bag to Stratford coach store and met the manager Miguel, who advised that the bag is under 2 years warranty and which needed the replacement as the tread is coming off in few places. I have attached the photos for your references. I'm very much disappointed as I thought the branded bag should have the standard. Miguel advised me, either to take it to Bicester village or to email you to arrange a pick up from the Stratford store for the replacement. He said, he will also send an email to you on my behalf as he has witness the faulty. As I live far from Bicester village, please arrange a pick up from the Stratford store for the replacement. Also I have sent an email to bicester coach customer service but no reply. Looking forward  to your earliest reply . Many thanks.

Coach Outlet defective handbag complaint

SUB : Defective Bag Complaint

Hello
I would like to bring it to your attention that I purchased a coach bag from Bicester Village, London (invoice attached). I took the brand new bag on my vacation where the strap came off on the second day of trip. It was very embarassing to be a part of such situation as if the bag was purchased from a local supplier.
I have always known Coach as a brand of repute selling premium high quality products.

Though I have been using this Label products for quite a few years and never experienced any problems, I hope this complaint is taken seriously and my bag gets replaced asap.
I have also attached pictures of bag for your reference.

I am writing to complaint about a faulty bag that I purchased from a coach outlet in London in April this very year.

I would like to bring it to your kind attention that I carried it just twice and the side strap came out. I have attached the photos of the same.

I am both bothered and concerned and now I am hesitant to trust quality of your products.
Since the bag belongs to your brand I had assumed it to be of very good quality.
I would like to know how this might have happened.

I have been a devoted customer of your company and didn't have any problems with your bags in the past.
So I hope you will take my complaint seriously.

Coach Outlet customer service

Big sale, happy shopping until...
Went to exchange the the bag my husband got and when I was leaving the store and I got buzzed. I still had my receipt in hand.
Here we go, let's not be mad. I gave the receipt to a girl who ruined my whole night, she said I don't see your purchase on this receipt... Well the other guy came to look and searched the bag in a very rude way just grabbed away from me and said I will make it so it won't buzz again.
How come they don't know how to read the receipt and make customers feel uncomfortable, why so rude? They are supposed to give us service not pride. It happened at the san francisco outlets in livermore, california on 7/1/2019 @ 6;40 pm the girl had long dark hair, looks pretty outside i'm not sure inside. I want her to be trained as a professional sales associate. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

Coach Outlet refusal of tax exempt form

Why does the Coach outlet make it impossible to use your tax exempt certificate? Purchasing purses for a benefit and this is the second time they refused our cert.
First time it was because CALIFORNIA law (we are in Pennsylvania) says you have to have a letter allowing you to you a tax exempt cert for an organization if you are paying with a credit card that doesnt have the organization's name on it?! (But you can pay cash)
This time they require a form from the IRS stating you can pay cash for a purchase- no form exists to our knowledge, they claimed to have one in the store but they refused to show said form to us. 😑
3 other outlets allowed our purchases, but not Coach today.

Coach Outlet I returned an item to coach via usps on 12/12/2018

I returned to COACH as detail on receipt attachment the following item:

USPS TRACKING # [protected]
Item returned for refund: MINETTA CROSSBODY IN SIGNATURE CANVAS PRICE: $97.50 STYLE NO: F39741

Please see attached tracking information. It was placed on the shipping store last 12/12/2018.

I have sent several emails and called them on the phone but they say that it is not their responsibility. I placed the return label to the box and ship it via USPS as instructed. Why the customer has to be punished and guilty for something that is is not his/her fault?

I would like to receive my refund.

Coach Outlet discrimination against address. racial discrimination. reject to do business with customer of color with no reason.

Coach ourlet REJECT to ship the items I provided in the HOME in Merced,
zip code: 95340

1. DISCRIMINATION Against the Adress and people who live in Merced.
They said COACH does not ship to that address. COACH do not ship to that area.
But they cannot give me any reason why, and what is wrong with that address.
That is a DISCRIMINATION against my address and my last name, and people who live in MERCED Region.

2. Canceled my order 2 times and HOLD my money for 5 business days.
Jeopardize my Right. Hold my money against financial institution Wellsfargo.

3. She said she is the SUPERVISOR.
Therefore she has the RIGHT to cancel my order without any proper reason?
This is discrimination against a Customer. She chooses the customer, and reject to do business with any customer or addresses she DISLIKES.

I can give Any Lawyer the document and the Right to sue COACH's discrimination.

Coach Outlet handbag

My husband purchased a handbag for me from the coach outlet a few years ago for my birthday. I loved coach and had several bags already. Last year I noticed the bag was turning green along the seams. The bag is a vynil bag with the coach emblem. We have attempted to have the same store address the issue with no sucess. They tried to clean the bag with no success and then offered a 10%discount on another bag. Why would I purchase another low quality bag from them. Never purchasing ANYTHING COACH again. They have lost a customer.

Coach Outlet coachoutlet. us.com is a fraudulent web site in china

I went online and I was fooled into thinking this was an authentic coach website. It's not. The website is based in China and now they have my credit card information. Luckily, Citibank is issuing me a new card. In looking at my statement, my November 6 transaction shows I made a payment to a Chinese company. I was saving them for Christmas. Luckily, I was tipped off by an oddly worded request to give them a review.

Coach Outlet can't wait for that long

Why do companies do it?
Why do they charge before shipping? No one can guarantee they will actually ship everything. Let's say they could do it after they ship, it would be more honest.
Coach - Outlet is not an exception, unfortunately. They took my money but weren't in rush to ship everything at least within 3-4 business days. It took them two weeks to do it. Moreover, they picked the slowest delivery in the world and now only god knows when exactly I will receive my package because it's been two months since they shipped it. Oh well, nothing to do, I will wait for one more week and then I'll probably ask for a refund.

Coach Outlet service discrimination and integrity

I have bought coach bag from stores, once in Hongkong, several times in Ciputra World Surabaya and last time in Tunjungan Plaza 2 months ago. At the moment the service is good full of sucking [censor] because there were no buyers. But last night we went there and nobody greet us and no one pay attention for us. They sucking [censor] to other customers whose they think will buy the bag which finally they don't. After I ask for the price one of the sales serve us with unsincere and look down on us even when he said thank you with strong voice and impolite tone when we left the store because we did not buy anything. Off course I did not buy anything because I felt ill feel for them I will buy in other store or kate spade, same hold comp, which have better service. They also lied, when I bought the bag 2 months ago they said the bag would not ever be discounted because it's fav bag but 2 month later they discount it 20%. They also lied before when I asked for part of my old bag they said they will inform me wether the part is available or not but they did not inform me anything later. The Tunjungan Plaza sales integrity is suck, their service is unsincere full of sucking [censor] and they thread costumers with discrimination for how they look. How can they know how much money we can spent from our look. They never know.

Coach Outlet don't waste your money and time

Now I'm sure they are liars and scammers.
I'll tell you why. They took my money very fast but never shipped my order. I want to understand why. It's a shame they treat their customers this way. It's inappropriate.
I ordered 4 items 2 months ago and there's still no sign of them, which is very suspicious. Moreover, they didn't provide any tracking number. But then I found out that the items were back ordered so I guess, I just spent time and nothing else. So nobody knows when they are going to ship it.
Speaking of getting a refund, it's hard to do.
Been trying to resolve it, because they refused. Oh well, one day I will get my money back no matter what.

Coach Outlet worst customer service, racial discrimination

Where: Viejas Casino Coach Outlet 5003 Willows Rd
When: Wednesday, April 26th at around 5:00pm
Who: Every single sales associate, especially the chubby lady who seems to be the manager
Incident:
Worst customer service I've received in my life. I went in at around 1 o'clock on Wednesday, April 26th to buy gifts for my friends. I showed an assistant a picture of a bag and asked if they have it, she took it off of the extra 40% off shelf, and told me it's additional 40% off. I took the bag to another shelf just to compare the color of this bag and another bag. Then I asked if I could take pictures, she said I could take pictures of individual bags but not the entire shelf. So I did and sent them to my friends. I left the store and waited for my friends' reply. I went in again at 5 o'clock, no one said hi, no one assisted me. There was one chubby lady standing right in front of me and gave me very stinky look. She seemed to be the manager of this store, and during my entire stay at the store she looked at me every once in a while and then talked to her fellow sales assistants in a low voice. There were only two other customers in the store when I walked in, and there were four sales assistants. I took the first bag and double checked if it was additional 40% off, the lady that gave me stinky look the whole time argued that it was not in a terrible terrible attitude. She said the bag was not on the additional 40% off shelf, but I remembered clearly the first time I walked I took the bag down from the sales shelf. I stayed in the store for about 20 minutes, no sales employee asked me if I needed any help, and they all gave me very impolite look. All other customers were greeted and helped. I ended up buying 4 purses and 2 wallets, but they refused to give me one extra bag. The only reason I bought these bags was because I need the bags by the next day. I wish there are cameras in the store so Coach company could see what has happened at their Coach store. I wish there are footages in the store to show how horrible the service was. Every single employee was unprofessional and impolite. Is it because I am Asian so they chose to treat me in this manner? I have never been treated like this before This is not how customers should be treated! My mom was with me the whole time, she is the kind of person who never complains, but this time she was also very disappointed. Neither of us had dinner when we got home at 6:30pm, we were too sick of the services that we received at this particular store.

Desirable resolution: We need an apologize, and we wish you could train your employees how to treat customers. We don't want this to happen to other customers again.
