Children's Placepoor customer service

I placed an order online and it was sent back undeliverable due to no address on the label. I called customer service, which is clearly outsourced to another country. I could barely make out what was being said to me. After 35 mins of I'm sorry can you repeat that, I was told that I have to wait for the package to be received then reahipped. 3-6 weeks. My daughter's graduation dress was in that shipment. So I informed them I couldn't wait that long. I was told it the items would be reshipped from the distribution center which will take 7-10 business days, JUST FOR SHIPPING. Now I have to go out and change my child's entire outfit for graduation because that's not enough time. I am going to cancel this credit card and NEVER shop with them again. BUYER BE WARE
