Children's Placeonline merchandises

Hi I have been a customer for awhile now with Children's Place. I purchased my merchandise on line and also in store, never had a complaint but the last two years products that are offered online stated that it's available but then once I purchased them it's not available . Why is it telling me available then not available 2 days later. I purchased them and did a Express shipment and didn't get the merchandise that I want and I can't never get a hold of anymore for customer service. I get recorded message saying high call volume the last 3 days and please update the merchandise every hour or so because it's consider false advertisement for not having the merchandise it states that it has online.
