Celcom Axiata Berhad / super duper triple poor telco receiving and data connection

Problems started since Mar 16 which data was totally like disabled, unable to get connected. Phone calls either. Hardly receive and make calls out. Really have no idea of what had happened but I really have no patience to tolerance anymore.

I missed many important calls and text during those period. And the problem is still not solved until today. I still face the same problems, it is now Mar 19.

I need the problems to be solved. Please response. I as a user would like to save my money but eventually I lose even more due to the connections problem by your esteemed company. If the problem exist without solutions, please let us go without penalization!!!
