The phone caller ID says spam, Canadian pharmacy, so I don’t want it to ring I answer and then immediately hang up, but that does not stop them from calling me right back. When I do answer I finally ask to be taken off their calling list, the indian guy insisted that I ask them to call me often, which is a lie, haven’t bought anything from them in years. Too many numbers to block. Once I have ask to stop, then I got upset and told him I’m tired of all these call, they started calling me more often. 3-4 times a day, It’s always the same guy also. He is harassing me big time. I’m going to use a lot of time online to ruin their buisness as much as possible since I’m retired and have the time, the pills are old, and not effective anymore, there’s reasons why I do not buy from them. This is war. If the calls do not stop, the bad reviews from every review site will grow to hundreds.

I bough throug their website, or at least identicall, but theier customer service says that it is not their web, and that the don't have my money. I sent them a copy of the banl payment, but they even did't confirm if they received the money or not, only answers like a bot. Answering anly what the want, but not all what I ask.

The attached communication and purchase has NOT been made from TheCanadianPharmacy (TCP). TCP does not sell Viagra (Professional). I am not aware that there is such a product. The manufacturer, to my knowledge, does not make a "Professional" version of Viagra. Also, TCP does not accept VISA payments.
I would encourage you to despite this transaction with your Visa card provider as it seems you have ordered from a fraudulent company. This is not uncommon in the online "pharmacy" industry. You need to be careful from whom you order! Please review the following:

Attitude towards recovering addict
I'm a methadone patient and I live in a smaller city outside of Edmonton Alberta. I've had nothing but grief trying to get my perception filled without feeling like I'm doing something wrong. It has been a real problem with ever single pharmacy I've had my prescription filled at. I recently changed pharmacies because of my dose being messed with. I've been on the same dose for five years , so I my body can tell when I don't have the right amount in my system and for two months I was experiencing dope sickness ( withdrawal) so I changed pharmacies yet again. At the next pharmacy I was made to wait a hour before I was given my prescription on both of the last two time's I was there. (Aspen pharmacy on Sherwood drive and lake land road ) The owner , sunny Lo is one of the most dishonest people I have ever met. He will lie and make up stories to make it your fault and not his incompetence.

Abuse marketing of viagra
Sales people claiming to work for Canadian Pharmacy have been calling for months.
They call 2-3 times a day, I have told them that if I need it I will call them.
They insist on calling. Their calls apparently are from India or Pakistan, because their accent.
They use hacked numbers. I know it because I have called back to the caller IDs, Some of them reported their phones have been hacked and being used to call all over the Unites States.
Today they insulted me in both English and Spanish. I decided to take action and called my telephone provider magicjack.
They did nothing but suggest to write you and change my number.

I have never purchased anything from this company, yet they call every day and have done so for ten years. They use revolving phone number identifiers, so I can't block them. Calls are 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year for TEN YEARS. The operation doesn't appear to be Canadian at all, the voices of solicitors sound like Indian. What they do should put them in prison.

I, have receive over 30 t0 40 phone call a week from this company. I will be at work, Church anywhere they call from so many different number I can not keep up with them. I am not suppose to get these call at work and I told them but they still call and harassed me every day of the week and weekend. So I am asking for help before I loose my job over this type of stuff.

Harassment with phone calls
For the past three years I receive around 5 to 10 calls a month from Canadian Pharmacy asking my to purchase a subscription. They have called me from multiple different phone numbers from all over the U.S. I have asked multiple times for them to please remove my name and to stop calling. Canadian Pharmacy simply doesn't care. To add on with the phone calls I would also have to say that around 90% of the spam emails I receive come from Canadian Pharmacy. It's safe to say I receive around 500 spam emails from them a month.
I have read endless complaints about the same issues. How can this company continue to operate and be allow to do this?

I was able to work my way through the manager chain and I got a working phone number for the "billing department" I call them at least 3 times a day...the number is [protected], ask for Gary. I hope people do this, we can get back at them if we keep calling them as much as they call us. they haven't changed the number yet. the voicemail is a very quiet recording, it sounds like John Ryan Pharmacy? I cant really hear them. Call them and harass them!
When I get calls from Canadian pharmacy I always get someone from India, all I do is ask them how the elephants and monkies are doing and have a conversation with them, then when they try to sell me something I ask if the person is gay as I am looking for an Indian partner, this tucks them off and they hang up on me.
If you order from these people, prepare to be harassed with unwanted emails and especially phone calls for the rest of your life! They give your phone number to call centers in India who are relentless! They WILL NOT stop calling, they WILL NOT remove your name from their call list, they WILL NOT leave you alone. Once again...if you place an order with them, you are asking for YEARS of grief from these people! Caveat emptor!
They also hijack legitimate phone numbers from real people. I simply don't answer a call unless I know who is calling. Cancelling the phone number that I have had for 25 years is the only other way to end the relentless calling, If only there was a real do not call list.
Just got a call, they wanted me to order drugs, they then proceeded to the credit card ordering, I asked them to send me an email to verify what company there were from and they sent me an email from a tesspay.com. He didn't know what that URL was, so I told him I wasnt interested. They called back 5 mins later telling me that they are a real company and that they want me to order, I said, ok I will order if you send me an email showing your candian pharmacy email address. He hung up...
This "company" is sneaky and underhanded...they will use disposable phones so it is impossible to block their numerous calls; we have complained to EVERYBODY...CPA; BBB;FCC; National Do Not Call Registry...local police...to no avail. I have blocked 72 different phone numbers in 4 months...does no good at ALL! I hope somebody finds a way to sue them and shut them down! We don't know how they got our information...!
I get multiple calls a day, every day for ten years. I now just waste as much of their time as possible when they call. Bottom line . . . no one can help you as our system has FAILED. These people should be in prison for their actions.
There is only one way to deal with telemarketers, talk with make them think you interested. Then order what they are selling. When they ask for your card, say, "I have to go get my wallet, hold on." Put he phone down, and keep doing what you were doing, they will wait for a long time before they hang up..
You will have saved 10 or 20 people from being called and perhaps scammed. I do this to all the telemarketers, it is my civic duty. I always get things done while I talk so it is not a waste of my time.
If a small percentage of people do this, telemarketing would become unprofitable. Time is money for them. if you waste their time they will stop.
The government can't stop them, the phone company can't stop. Only we victims can stop them.

I have received two calls from them today alone. The numbers have people's names and look legitimate. The calls were answered by a phone app
I use called RoboKiller. It can play a recording when your phone receives a call from one the phone numbers listed in their database as spam calls. It also will list the name and address of the caller when available. When I looked one of the numbers and addresses up, it looks like they have taken a legitimate person and hijacked the phone information for them. Not necessarily that person's real phone number, but a legitimate name and address. This one is a residential address in Beverly Hills that Zillow lists at a value of over $2, 000, 000. I don't believe a person residing at that address would be making calls for Canadian Pharmacy.
Order placed 12/5/07, credit card approved, confirmed, shipped. On credit card statement, never received.
Harassing phone calls
Over the past 3 years, I have received over 700 phone calls from more than 25 phone numbers from this Canadian Online Pharmacy. Every time they call, I tell them to take me off the list - only to hang up and literally - within the hour - get yet another phone call from the same "said" company from a different phone number. Today, the number I was called from is [protected] and over the last week, I count 35 calls from this number alone. IN A WEEK!
There has got to be something that we can legally do...they cannot be protected...

I've been getting notices from the POST OFFICE, from "your youtube submission has been accepted" from United Parcel Service about packages they want to deliver-- and everything takes me to the pharmacy. This goes beyond spam- it's deceptive and should be illegal. Please put them out of business!
order 3 months of verquvo at 799.94 on 4/24/23 order number 4115415. My bank account was charged 799.94 on 4/26/23. After numerous chats and telephone calls, my prescription is NOT mailed. Keep hearing 24 to 48 hours and will be mailed, but have heard that for days.
Poor Service/Refund Complaint
Ordered flagyl through Canadian Pharmacy and paid by credit card. The cost ($60) was withdrawn from my account within 4 days. I also paid add'l for expedited/courier service ($15.00) so now we're talking about $75 total. A month and three different tracking numbers and re-orders later, I still don't have my order nor a refund that I have requested more than five times. The repeated responses to my requests has been "once the package arrives, refuse it and we will refund your money." My concern, what if the package NEVER arrives, am I out of my $75? I'm glad I paid for courier service which requires a signature so at least I will have proof of its undelivered status. How and who can you contact about this business and their shady practices? Be cautious when ordering through Canadian Pharmacy... As a matter of fact, just don't order through them at all...
Prescription
I called them to ask what they needed to fill a prescription for antihistamine, said I was going to my Doctor Monday and needed to know.
They immediately wanted me to sign in and register my Credit Card, even though I had no prescription to fax them. They said I would
immediately be charged, BUT the information would be there so my prescription would be quickly filled and sent. As soon as they told
me they wanted my CC #, BEFORE I even faxed them the prescription... I knew! Scammers! Stay away!

Generic Niagra (Nizagara) is worthless
Ordered a small amount of generic viagra to test the product before buying more. Glad I did. Package arrived a little late but OK - product in professional looking foiling and plastic. It came from India and the package looked like it had been wrapped by a 4-year-old.
Normally with real viagra I only need about a 1/4 tablet and found that a whole 100 mg tab is way too much for me. Took the "Nizagora" (sildenafil citrate) - a 1/4 tab, no effect - 1/2 tab, no effect - 1 full tab, still no effect. I don't know what it really is, but it sure as heck isn't viagra. - - Now after seeing some of these writeups, I'm going to check my credit card bills very carefully. Since they pretend to be Canadian, I hope someone goes after them.
