Brevard Eye Center

I made an appt with Brevard eye center (suntree) on March 2018. The prescribe fresh look contacts in any color. I went to have my prescription fill at another facility because it was cheaper. When I went they told me that I could not have it in fresh look air optix because the Dr prescribe it in fresh look . They told me to have the doctor fax over the prescription in fresh look air optix. I call Brevard eye center of suntree and spoke to a Ashley. She told me I had to get another appt. I told her that I work retail and it is very hard for me to get appt. I told her that it was the same company and that I didn't understand why I had to come in again. She says thats what I had to do. So I was not able to be seen until may of my vacation. I went only to have an asst. Not even a doctor only to write me another prescription. I can't believe how little they feel about my time. Believe me where I work that would never happen. Also at my first appt. Which was suppose to be free because of my prime tri care insurance I still had to pay an additional $40 because of a test they say is required, I didn't understand that either and if so why didn't they tell me when I made the ap
