I just purchased a 6oz bag of the peanut clusters at a gas station this evening before working. I do love most of your products with these being my favorite, but when I opened the bag I noticed a discoloration to the chocolate. I checked the freshness date on the bag and it is dated 11/19/16. I by no means am faulting your company here, just wanted to make you aware.

I purchased a bag at Dollar General store #15525 on 9-12-17. The best by date is 12-19-17. The coating is soft and sticky not glazed like before. The center are too hard to chew. They were also smaller in size. I was very disappointed. I would like a refund or a coupon for another type of candy. I have always felt that Brachs was a good brand and I could expect a good product. I repeat, I was very disappointed when I sat down to eat some.

I purchased a bag of Brach's Party Time Mix candy for $6.99. After opening the bag I noticed I did not have any sour apple, sour orange or sour grape candies in the entire 3 pound bag. Is this normal or a glitch in production? The bag shows 9 different kind of candies were to be in the bag. The production # on the bag is 7E08VR1054, Best by date 05/06/2019, UPC code #[protected].

I bought a bag of Brach's Maple Nut Goodies from Walmart in Arkansas City, KS on September 14, 2017 and the outside is soft and the inside is hard and the nuts taste slightly rancid. The "Best By Date" is February 17, 2018 and the other number is 7E20CCBB114. I would like to be sent a new bag that tastes and is the consistency of the maple nut goodies that I used to get.

I often purchase maple goodies when we are traveling but this evening I had a taste for them and was very disappointed. Purchasing two bags of Brach's Maple Nut Goodies from the Dollar Tree Store in Crestview, Florida on Friday, September 15, 2017. The bag was stamped with 7D04BB183 with an expiration date of 01/02/2018. On our drive home tonight, I open a bag and the candy was semi hard with the inside(peanuts) stale. The appearance didn't even look right...So disappointed.. Desirable resolution...to get a fresh bag of Brach's maple nut.

I bought this product at a Menards store today 9;14/2017, I bought it on impulse because of the attractive packaging and the anticipation of the apple flavor. Both my husband and I each tried two thinking the first one could be bad. The second one was just as bad. The apple flavor and coating consistency was very good, but we could not chew the inside of it. Even taking it out of our mouth and trying to bite pieces off of it did not help.
We are returning the opened package to Mennards with the receipt so we will be getting our money back, but the important thing is that this could be a choking hazard for a small child or an elderly person and I wanted t make your company aware of this.

On Tuesday, 09/12/17 I purchased 2 bags of Maple Nut Goodies from Kroger. Usually I purchase them fro Cracker Barrel Restaurant, but they informed me they were unable to obtain them. Finally found at Kroger, bags labeled 7e18bb183 Best by 02/15/2018 . However when I bit into my first piece was surprised at how hard they were. First thought was, they are past expiration date but upon examining package saw 02/15/2018 date. Is this the new maple nut goodies? Actually, I am hesitate to eat now because of danger to teeth. These are my dads favorite candy. My husband wanted to treat him and purchased a bag from Menards in Madison Wisconsin on September 7, 2017. Was heart broken when my dad said they are as hard as a rock and he couldn't eat them. I tried one and I agree. The coating on the candy is dull and chipping off and the center of the candy is almost crystalized.
What ever changed in processing doesn't work, please go back to your old method. Might want to review the quality checks and stability testing on this item before distribution. Best by on package is 04/18/2018 7G19CCBB214.

We bought these at Crackle Barrel in Rootstown, Ohio ... They were so hard we about broke our teeth, , , not very Happy and we used to love these so very much, , , , what went wrong ?, , You need to test product before ship it out on mass product.., , , So I think you better check product before more get sent out, , then go to people then they become unhappy and never buy again, , , BAD FOR BUSINESS ! Sorry I wont buy no more !

I purchased Maple Nut (.14oz)bag.
They were so hard you could not eat them.Expiration date next year 02/05/2018 So I dump them out so the rabbits & squirrels could eat them and they wouldn't even touch them.
These were purchased from Walmart in Round Rock Texas ( in the early 70s I sold your product in a grocery store by the pound that was the good old days.) Thanks Dorman King

First of all, I am 72 years old. when I was much youger, 8-9-10 years old, my mother bought maple nuts goodies and I think it was her favorite candy. I know I ate a lot of it as a child! it became one of my favorites, too. well, after chocolate!
Recently my 74 year old brother came down from ohio and stayed with me for two months. when we went shopping, he bought some maple nut goodies and he didn't let me have a single one from that package! at the time, I was eating chocolate so I wasn't too upset. just thought he was very rude not to offer me one! we weren't raised that way! well, recently I went to the dollar tree store and I brought three packages of maple nut goodies. I was going to mail all three packages to my brother to let him know how much I miss him and to be fair to send him something in the mail. we are from the generations that sent letters and things to each other via snail mail. he is such a good brother. since january he has sent me omaha steaks, seese's chocolate (not sure of the spelling, could be cecee's) an opral bracelet and a beautiful ring. well, I hadn't boxed the candy up yet and my sweet tooth was nagging me to open one of the three packages of maple nut goodies. it must have been three or more years since I had tried them. let me tell you it was awful! if I didn't know any better i'd say it had expired, but the date on all three packages is best by: 01/05/2018! the outer layers were sticky and the centers were hard as rocks! I checked all three packages and they all have the same date and product codes, etc. if I didn't know any better, i'd think I had left them in the car in hot weather, but I came straight home from the store. also, my house is air conditioned! I had a new one put in this june! I am not asking for my $3.00 back. dollar tree only charged $1 per package plus tax and I think I paid about $3 for the package from walmart last time, so it's not the money; it's the fact that the packaging says "freshness guarantee". well, picking up the packaging again, I see that it says to contact www.brachs.com. I saw the other address first for ferrarausa, so I apologize for sending this to the wrong address. however, if I can cut and paste this, i'll do so, but I am not going to try to remember this whole thing as I hate computers and want to get off this one now.
Well, I was able to cut and paste this; so I am sending my complaint to the correct website. usually things just disappear on me before I can do what I want the computer to do! if that doesn't prove I am 72, I don't know what will. any way, if I could attach a picture to this long complaint, i'd show you that I did buy three packages of the 4 oz maple nut goodies, but I don't know how to do that. what in the world has happened to the maple nut goodies. I purchased a bag today 9/8/17 at Dollar General and the expiration date is good. These are horrible. Please if you have changed your recipe switch back! I am not sure who thought these tasted good but I have talked to three maple nut goody fans at work and we all will not be buying these again unless something changes.

I bought a package of Brach's Maple Nut Goodies. I bought them at a Dollar General. They were stamped with 7C16BB182 and expired on 12/14/2017.
They were very hard inside and out and tasted terrible. I do not buy them very often, but love them and was very disappointed. I do not expect a refund, for I did not pay that much for them, but a coupon for another bag would be nice and wanted you to know about the product being uneatable.

I bought a bag of maple nut goodies at Hobby Lobby in Robinson, Pa., took them home for me and my husband to enjoy and they were hard as rocks and had a funny taste to them. I paid $2.69 for them and probably could have spent less for something else with a better taste. The batch number is 7B22BB183 and the best by date is 11/22/2017. Today is 09/5/2017 and today around 4:35 p.m. at the Dollar General I bought 2 bags of Maple Nut Goodies. These at one time were the best candies to buy. If these are the new way of making them I will not be buying them anymore. Sadly they aren't even out of date since the date is 01/23/2018. They are so hard and the outer coating slides off in your mouth and feels somewhat like wax. Sorry but this customer will be returning them and getting a refund.

I am not sure what you all have done to this candy but you need to change it back! I need a fix and every back I have purchased is rock hard! My husband even went to our local Rural King to get me some and they are rock hard as well. Big Mistake changing this candy. I have now purchased this candy on 3 separate occasion hoping for the chewy goodness to kick my craving and each time money wasted. So glad I am not a pregnant woman with a craving or it would be awful!

I purchased a bag of maple nut goodies today at Shopko. Best by date is 12/27/2017. I cannot even chew them. They are hard as a rock in the inside and the outside was kind of soft. They are so much smaller in size than they used to be. Very disappointed in your product. My mom used to buy these all the time. I haven't had them in years and thought I would try them again.

Bought a bag of maple nut goodies at K-mart in Lebanon Tn on 8-2-2017. Needless to say they were nasty! My favorite candy was very hard, not edible at all and tasted stale. I have loved this candy for 40 + years . Apparently something has changed in the receipe to make them hard and not soft and mouth watering. I pulled up your site and all I have read is bad reviews. What does the Brach company intend to do? Are you gonna cover all the dentist bills when people break a tooth? Very disappointed in this product

A lot of people miss this candy. It was a childhood favorite! Please consider bringing this candy back. Why did you even quit making them? This candy I crave so badly. That that it probably matters to anyone but I'm fighting cancer and ive searched high and low and this is one of the only things I want so badly! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THIS CANDY BACK!

I purchased a bag of your Maple Nut Goodies on Sept. 1 2017 at Dollar General store #13821 . I opened the bag to eat them and they were so hard that I couldn't even bite into it. The maple coating was like wax and didn't even taste good. They use to be so soft when you bite into them. I was very dissatisfied with the product this time. I want a refund please.
