Boardwalk Buyorder number 125610 a wristlet/purse mint green

I bought a Wristlet/purse to hold a Mobile phone and cash/cads for my Dughters Christmas just past.

The Zip broke off purse and could no longer be used, as per your web page which states to send e-mail and return item to Big Red Group, which I did around 10th Jan. I did not send with a tracking number unfortunately.

I have since had e-mails back from Alex R stating nothing can be done as no tracking number.

I am not asking for money back, My daughter would just like a new wristlet.
I am not trying to pull a fast one and get something for free. This is genuine faulty item.

I have spent money, returned the item and have nothing to show for any of it. So far I am not happy with the customer care from your company, and will take this as far as I can.

I hope someone can help me please, please.
