I have been trying to get access to my old account to my current account and most of your gms (except for gm Brianna she was amazing) have been giving me a run around if I could I would redo all my surveys to completely unsatisfied and in the future I don't plan do anymore micro transactions with your company I am beyond disappointed in your company's customer service and the costumer service page is very unfuctional such as the over the phone ticket help...maybe in a few years when you are able to get your company's priorities straight ill think about buying something again but till then know that I am disappointed and will not give you a good reference if ask by friends about your transactions and help...
