I went to donate my plasma and the finger poke and everything went fine. When I went back to donate it took them at least 15 minutes to even get to me when it was not busy. When someone finally came the girl who poked my vein with the needle missed the vein twice. She then got someone else and the didnt poke the vein right either. Then a third person finally got it and told them to watch my red blood cell return. While one lady watched, the blood went under my skin and it started swelling up whereas its supposed to go into the vein. They told me that it was my fault and I didnt even do anything wrong. I had donated with that arm 3 times before with absolutly no problems. They forced me to get poked in the other arm for the red blood cell return and when I proceeded to tell them I did not want to donate they continuously pushed me to do it. They finally let me leave after 5 minutes of asking me to donate and me repeatedly telling them no. My arm has a huge bruise that is getting progressively worse. I dont believe people should be pushed to donate when they said no more than once and then they say it was my fault. I will not return due to this incidence.

Bio life should reward donnors with an extra bonus to their cards once the hit for example 100th donation 500th or even 1000th cus these are milestones and take years to achieve
Either cash bonuses or gifts something

A bonus should be distributed by Biolfie beside a petty $15 or extra $20- what a joke!

Went to BioLife Monday morning and have went to Target atm moments after and fainted in front of the machine and now pending 40$ because I didn't get my money in time because of the fainting. I have contacted BioLife cardholders and BioLife and as well as Target atm holder. None can seem to help me and very upset.

Trying to get set up on the app. Did everything and it said it would send me a email to confirm. Haven't got a email, and it's been about 30 mins.

It could be that they were wanting to get your red blood cells pumped back into you because, if they didn't, you wouldn't be able to "donate" again for several weeks. But, if you were telling them you didn't want to, they should have left you alone. It is the typical BioLife Plasma attitude--even though they need the product you are selling to them, they act as if they are doing you a big favor to let you be a part of their little group. Unfortunately, when the economy is bad and more people are forced to earn money this way, they have the upper hand. They heard you around like cattle, have no respect for your time, change their hours to make it as inconvenient for you as possible and cut the amount they are paying you every chance they get--yet you are the one waiting for 15 minutes to get hooked up to the machine (hoping they don't make you late to work again), getting stuck by people that don't know what they are doing (and then you're not allowed to donate because your arms are bruised...duh), and the one taking all the health risks (iron & protein deficiency, exhaustion). It is a crappy way to earn money but I already work a full-time job and a part-time job and this was the only way I could find time to make a few more dollars to survive. If you can find any other way to earn the money you need to survive, do it...avoid BioLife. They try to dress it up and make you feel good by calling it "donating" but they are literally sucking the life force out of you and paying you far, far less than what they make from reselling it and they couldn't care less about you.
