Bi Packaging Supply Sdn Bhd / call not being picked up... on hold for so long
I am a digi customer...Trough my previous experiences personally using digi, wenever i call the customer service number [protected] i have to wait very long and it have been that long but at last wen someone do pick up questions not properly answered.
Like today, now, im calling from my office for my boss to check on her roaming charges as she is leaving to london, it has been an hour n im still waiting...
Wat a service to be so proud if u can be there when we need the customer service urgently
