BBC shop review: Terrible customer service! 1

The BBC shop is just terrible! I've purchased one item from them back in December as a Christmas present. It actually never showed up and it is now March! I also did not receive any confirmation emails or tracking number. When I contacted their customer service I was told that the item was out of stock and that I have to be patient. I asked them to cancel my order and return my money, but they refused! I don't need it anymore and all I want is my money back! Terrible customer service!
