I purchased a remote dog training shock collar and when it arrived the collar wouldn't work. I made the purchase from the United States warehouse. My sister-in-law bought the same collar at the same time and her collar didn't work also. I contacted Banggood and requested a return label so the product could be returned, they flat refused unless I produced a video and sent it to them first. I filed a dispute with paypal.com. Banggood offered ma a $3 refund if I would close the dispute? I paid $17 for the collar. (I know, it was cheap, should have expected junk)

They admitted to paypal.com that they refuse to refund the money to me, so I won the dispute. But I have to ship back to China, NOT to the place I purchased the collar from in the United States ( COMPTON, CA 90220 ) - It would cost me more than the collar, so I guess I am just screwed. But I am going to be sure to spread the word about the treatment you can expect from there company.

** Demand for a full video or NO refund AGAIN! **

How can the technicians can't get an accurate diagnosis of a problem without physically inspecting & testing the product.

I don't have the ability to produce a video and upload to your system. SO I AM JUST OUT MY MONEY.

That is fine I just started spreading the word online and with my friends about this treatment.

You demand a video or no refund? You can send a return label like most online shops and when you receive the item back you will see the item is defective.

You obviously make these types of demands so that you don't have to take returns.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Banggood squishies

I ordered several squishy's online for my daughter. Instead of receiving the squishy's I received cheap plastic propeller wings. The invoice even stated that it was squishy's in the package. I have attempted to call the company several times but no one answers. How do I get a refund or get the products that I ordered. We also had to wait over two weeks for the product to arrive. I am extremely upset little girl.

Has anyone replied? I had issues with my order. Three emails and 1 review (that they withheld) later, no help. I am nit sure if this complaint board serves any purposes? Good luck.

Banggood order quality and terrible customer service

Order #[protected] was made to buy a dual system Cube iWork tab for $170.00. An the beginning the charging cable was bad and not charging which I had to replace.

The main problem now is the Android system stopped working and I can't get all my work on that system.

I submitted 4 messages through online form without any respond.
I don't know what should i do or where should i go to resolve this concern.

This is the worst customer service experience i had with my online purchase ever.
Please stay away from this seller for valuable items and don't believe the rating posted for any item.

If any one who reads my words can help me with an address for them.

Banggood poor quality bag

I bought a bag from Banggood only because I found their prices more reasonable and I highly regret I didn't read the reviews!
So, when my bag arrived it looked nothing like pictures and was of a very poor quality. It was also made from very thin material, which was not the one mentioned in description.
I contacted Banggood and asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back and after I explained again that I wasn't happy with my order they said that the only thing they can do is give me a small discount on my next order and of course I wasn't satisfied with that. I contacted them few more times and gave up. I will not buy from Banggood ever again!

Banggood shopping

Ordered a mobile order nos [protected] on 18 march still not received spoken and emailed banggood tracking not update since 1 april product lost no refund or replacement given will never buy again from this site beware fraud.customerservice will keep on asking you to wait week after week clearly cheating us as no confirmed date of delivery given waited for 32 days no sign of mobile till date

Banggood my horrible experience

I sent a defective product back and they promised me a replacement but I did not receive it. Later someone from Banggood contacted me and said that my item was no longer in stock so they were not able to give me a replacement. They promised I'll get a full refund but strange thing was that they were not able to tell me the exact date. They said that it depends on how fast my bank works and told that it can take up to 7 week! Are you kidding me?
I'm still waiting for my money and for some reason they stopped replying. I think something really bad is going on. I would not recommend Banggood to anyone.

Banggood my experience with banggood was horrible!

My experience with Banggood was horrible!
I purchased two items from them in November. I was hoping to get my order before Christmas because those were presents for my family.
Order did not show up and no matter what I tried I wasn't able to reach anyone from Banggood. Recently I received a message stating that both my item were no longer available. That's all what was in the message. There was nothing said about refund. I replied and asked for a refund. I hope I'll get a reply soon.
I'm extremely disappointed with this store and would not recommend it to an enemy. There is no service, customer support doesn't seem to exist. Avoid!

Banggood bad business practice!

Ordered a batch of items worth about $100 to be drop-shipped. Went through all details prior to ordering and verified all info. Once ordered was received suddenly the shipping address changed. "That is OK! likely I missed it somewhere" So I tried to contact them after seconds of the order was made. After some time waiting in cue, I was able to chat with customer service. She said they can not do anything about it but to cancel it and replace another order. So I waited for order cancellation. Only one item got cancel worth $2. The rest did not! The next day I had to go through the same process again. This time I made sure the whole thing was cancelled. I got credited to my account after a week. So I thought to give it one more shot. I place a different order with slightly different items this time. Everything seemed alright for the first few days. A week later I started receiving emails that they are out of stock on some items and they asked my reply . I went to their website and tried to remove that item so the whole shipment wouldn't be delayed by it. Their "Order Status" page is completely rubbish! There was discrepancies in what I was getting from customer service through emails. It indicated I had canceled the new items yet I received emails that they were shipped! A lot of these things went on for weeks. Finally, after nearly two months time from the first order, on item was received (worth less than $2). In the weeks ahead some items arrived as well which were broken and not functioning (Flashlight) . Items were reported extremely cheap and of bad quality. And only less than a third of all items have been received as indicated. I have requested full refund from them and I will dispute their charges as scam! This has been by far the worst shopping experience for me! I would stay as far as possible form buying anything from China again!

Banggood product not working but will not provide full refund

I bought a drone at a cost close to 365 Euros from them and 2 weeks later it arrived with the US cables which do not work in EU (which makes you wonder what logic do they use when they are making their shipments to an EU country!) When I managed to get some adapters from a friend in order to be able to test the product, it was only to find out that it didn't work. I contacted their customer service, and after a lot of mails back and forth and sending them videos that are live in YouTube they asked me to return the product at my own cost. However, when I checked their Product Warranty policy that they have published on their website: http://www.banggood.com/Toy-and-Hobbies-Return-Policy_hi591 they clearly say that for products defective on arrival: "We will be in charge of all of the return shipping fees" so, either their Customer Service lied to me in order to get more money from me or their warranty policy is a cheat. I confronted them and told them I would not pay for the return shipment. Instead, I referred them to their own warranty policy and sent them an estimation of the return shipping cost so they would know in advance how much it would cost them (I wanted to give them the transparency they did not offer to me) They then refused to pay. Instead they "generously" offered me a 50% refund. Now, why would any reliable, legitimate business make me pay 180 Euros (almost 200 dollars!) for something that does not work!. It is useless, so all I can do is throw the whole thing to the garbage. Why does their warranty policy publicly talk about full refund when they do not do such thing? Why would they ask a customer to pay for returns while advertising they pay for them fully? Only real trustworthy companies follow through their promises. Banggood is not one of them. If you do not want to be cheated out of your money DO NOT SHOP THERE. They are not trust worthy and do not comply with what they advertise. Instead, THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU.

Banggood signal generator

Produce arrived with defective software. I have received numerous e-mails at my e-mail address stating that they cannot reach me by e-mail. Also multiple requests to send photo or video. Awfully hard to take a photo of software. Tried their chat line. Same results. It would have been so simple to just replace the software. As I checked other complaints on Banggood, I see that my problems are characteristic of their dealings with their customers. I would highly recommend that people avoid doing business with this company.

Banggood product didn't work properly, no refund given

Everything about this experience was bad. Order took quite a while to reach me. Wireless water pump didn't work like it said it would, so I contacted the company. After having to make them a stupid video demo of the item not working (which they couldn't open and then wanted me to post it on youtube) they tell me that I need an additional item to allow the pump to work. Something about having a different voltage in the U.S. Nowhere in the ad was this stated. The voltage of the item was stated, but nothing about needing another product if you were ordering from the U.S. They declined my request for a refund. Total waste of time and money.

Banggood they said it takes 2 weeks to refund my money and still nothing!

I've ordered some things from Banggood and they took my money very quickly. Later I received a message from them stating there were some problems with my bank and told that my credit card company declined payment. Banggood told me that my order was cancelled and a refund will be issued in two weeks. Three weeks already passed and still no money. When I contact their support they keep saying "two weeks". Better stay away from this place! There are so many bad reviews about them!

Banggood scammers

I have purchased several things from www.banggood.com and paid over $100. They said that shipping usually takes two weeks. I made my order a month ago and still nothing! I don't know why but I cannot log into my account so I cannot even check where my package is! I contacted their customer service but received only computer generated response. I'm so disappointed! This place is truly a scam, save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

Banggood too small

I've ordered a jacket from Banggood and when it finally arrived it was too small. I contacted their customer service and sent them some photos. But then they asked me to make a video. I told them that was ridiculous and no reputable company does that! They said no video no refund. I did as they said and then I was told that I have to pay the return postage which was nearly as much as the cost of the jacket. I am having a nightmare getting any sense out of their customer services. Save your money and avoid this horrible place!

Banggood still waiting for my order

I ordered several items from this website about a month ago and received nothing yet. Their website shows that my order was shipped three weeks ago. When I contacted Banggood customer support I heard nothing back. I'm starting to believe this site is a scam, because no one ever replied to my emails and I cannot get any information of when my order will arrive. I'm very disappointed and never will I order anything from this place!

Banggood total disappointment!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Banggood. When I finally receiving them I was extremely disappointed because the size was absolutely incorrect. They were at least 2 sizes too small and very narrow. And also they smelled horribly! I immediately contacted customer service, and took some pictures to prove that I was not lying. Received an email written in broken English and it made absolutely no sense. They said that I have to pay to send them back and then I would be refunded. But they have not given any return address yet. I will never order anything from these people again!

Banggood I need help!

I ordered one item in late January. According to the Banggood my order was shipped the next day and I was supposed to receive it in 7-14 business days. It is now March 1st and I received nothing yet. Wanted to get some information about my order so I contacted their customer service via email which was provided on their website. But the message I sent come back to me. Email address was invalid and I have no idea how to contact them. I'm very disappointed.

Banggood I am very disappointed.

I purchased a lovely jacket from Banggood website. I was very excited about my purchase and could not wait for it to arrive. When it was delivered I felt disgusted with the quality of the jacket. It came wrinkled and full of creases, because it was put in a small tightly wrapped package. The fabric was thin and item I received looked nothing like pictures on their website. I tried to contact customer service to get a refund, but no one ever answered. I am very disappointed.

Banggood absolutely unprofessional company!

I have purchased several items from Banggood and when my order finally arrived I was extremely disappointed because most of the things I ordered arrived broken. Not to mention that shipping took forever! I have contacted customer service and the rep I spoke to was absolutely unprofessional! I explained the situation, provided some pictures and they refused to give me a refund or a replacement. I spent days fighting for my money, but I guess I wasn't lucky enough. So now I'm out of money. I'll never order anything from the again!
