It is exceedingly difficult to make a return to and to receive a refund. Finally after numerous communications with I received a return authorization and requirement instructions. I immediately complied and returned the parts. Several weeks have passed since then and still have no refund from In addition I have discovered that charges a 20% restocking fee on returned parts. This is several times higher than any other on-line business I have ever dealt with. There are 607 complaints filed against with the Better Business Bureau and all the reviews I have found are negative. Most of the reviews were in regard to misrepresentation and very poor service.
