Bought a used car from this dealership, asked for a carfax, I was told the printers were broken, I mistakenly signed all the papers for the loan and did a carfax search aweek later, it turned out the the car had been in an accident and the dealership fixed it before they sold it to me. NOT VERY HONEST PEOPLE THERE, also I bought a new p/u from these people in o4, the service dept is horable, they tryed to charge me for something that was under warranty

    I had a problem with the parking brake on my truck, I bought it new in 07 but not from them. The truck is a standard transmission so I use the Parking brake ALL the time, and it just won't hold the truck, When I picked up the truck they said its "all set" and on the paper work it stated that "parking brake working as designed", Parking brake was the same as when I brought it there so I told the service writer it NOT right, 2 days later they call and say its got a frozen cable, Imigane that, works as designed! Picked the truck up and was told that the brake is as good as its gonna be. Its still not right. Took it to a different dealer and they are replacing all the cables and the pedel assembly, They told me it works but not the way we like, Now thats a good dealer service department! Cables are on order so it will be a week before they are installed. As far as Artioli goes I dont think its a Dodge thing, It's just that the people that work there dont care about the customer being satisfied. I they cared their lives at work would be a lot less stressful because they would not have iratre coustomers. I feel that their motto is "good enough, next" FYI Northampton Dodge is owned by Artioli also and I have dealt with them also, same BS
