AMIClubwear Order# AMI1001129252

Good afternoon...I haven't been able to reach anyone through either customer service number and haven't gotten any feedback information via email. Trying to resolve an issue before starting a dispute...I received 5 pairs of shoes on September 1, but ordered 7 pairs. 2 are missing and No invoice slip was not included in the packaging... Once again, my order number is: AMI1001129252

The missing shoes are the TRACY and DENISHA.

AMIClubwear AMIClubwear Review: Disappointing Shipping and Customer Service Experience

I was really excited to order some new shoes and dresses from AMIClubwear last Sunday. I was hoping to receive them by this Saturday so I could wear them out for a night on the town. I knew it was cutting it close, so I carefully reviewed the Shipping policies and FAQ on their website. According to their website, the items ship within 2 days after ordering, so I thought I would be fine since I live only 30 minutes away from their warehouse in CA. Unfortunately, when I checked on my order on Thursday (4 days later), it still hadn't shipped. I was starting to get worried, so I decided to call their customer service.

After waiting on hold for what felt like forever, I finally spoke to Yadira. She told me that my items hadn't shipped yet, which was really disappointing. I explained to her that I needed the items by Saturday and asked for a refund. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back to tell me that the items had actually shipped out. I was a little skeptical since I had read some negative reviews about AMIClubwear and learned that they had an F rating on the BBB. So, I asked for the tracking number, and she provided me with one.

Fast forward to today, and I received an email saying that my order was only partially shipped. To make matters worse, the shoes that I had ordered weren't shipped out at all, which was the whole reason I had ordered from them in the first place. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. Not only did they not follow through on their shipping policy, but the customer service representative lied to me to keep me from getting a refund. This was by far the worst experience I've had buying from clothing websites, and I've purchased from many, including overseas.

I really hope that someone reads this review before making an order from AMIClubwear. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering, so I wouldn't have had to find out the hard way. If you've already made an order, I would suggest canceling it before it's shipped. I feel like a sucker for trusting this website, and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience.

AMIClubwear AMIClubwear Review: Scammers Who Don't Care About Customers

So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with AMIClubwear. I ordered two dresses for my friends as a Christmas gift back in December of 2015. I even paid extra for fast shipping to make sure it arrived before Christmas. But guess what? It didn't come until a week after Christmas! And to make matters worse, there was only one dress in the package! Can you believe it?

I was so annoyed and frustrated by this point. The dress that did arrive was wrapped so horribly, it was rolled up and taped with a bunch of bubble wrap. I looked at the email they sent me and it said that anything backordered would be sent separately. So, I waited patiently for the other dress to arrive. But it's already February 3rd, 2016 and I still haven't received it!

I tried emailing and calling them, but they never answered. My husband and I had no other choice but to make a complaint to PayPal. And get this, AMIClubwear claimed that they sent both dresses when I only received one! Can you believe the nerve of these scammers? PayPal is still trying to figure this out, but it's just been a huge headache for me and my friends.

I had to go out and purchase something else for my friend because of their irresponsibility. We will never order from AMIClubwear again! They're just a bunch of scammers who don't care about their customers. I had to write this review to warn others about my terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money with this company!

AMIClubwear Disappointing Experience with AMI Clubwear: A Valentine's Day Review

Let me tell you about my experience with AMI Clubwear. I was feeling pretty ahead of the game when I ordered a bunch of Valentine's Day gifts for my significant other from their website a whole 10 days before the big day. I had checked out other sites, but AMI had everything I needed. I even got an email confirmation the same day, so I was feeling pretty good about myself for getting all my shopping done so early.

But then, a week went by and I hadn't heard anything from AMI. I didn't think too much of it, since I'm a busy person and I've had good experiences with online shopping in the past. But three days before Valentine's Day, I decided to call and see what was up. The woman who answered the phone was pretty rude and lackadaisical, and she told me that the main item in my order was unavailable. She offered me a store credit refund, but I insisted on a credit to my personal account. She told me the rest of my order would ship soon, but there was no apology for the inconvenience.

I was pretty disappointed. I had been looking forward to those red, chunky-heel strappy platforms to go with the lacy red corset and garters, but at least the sexy black, ankle-strap Mary-Janes were still coming to go with the lacy red and black Babydoll.

The next morning, I woke up feeling excited and checked my email while I sipped my coffee. There was an email from AMI, so I opened it up, hoping for good news. But instead, I read that they weren't able to fulfill the rest of my order and that a refund had been issued back to my original form of payment. They said it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with AMI Clubwear. They had everything I needed, but they couldn't deliver on their promises. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to surprising my significant other with some sexy gifts for Valentine's Day. In my opinion, AMI Clubwear is a big joke.

AMIClubwear AMIClubwear.com Review: Low Quality Items and Difficult Return Process in City of Industry, CA

I recently made a purchase on AMIClubwear.com and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the items I received. Although the prices were good, the dresses and shoes I ordered were of very low quality. One of the dresses I received had already been worn, with tags cut off and stains on it. Additionally, one of the pairs of shoes I ordered was damaged and unwearable. To make matters worse, I received a confirmation for a necklace that I never even ordered!

When I tried to find information on the website about how to exchange or request a refund, I was disappointed to find that there was no clear guidance. I had to resort to Googling "AMI Club wear returns" to find an email address to send my concerns to. After emailing them, I received a response stating that I needed to take pictures of each damaged item, along with the item number, packaging, and product. This seemed like a lot of work, and I was frustrated that I had to go through so many hoops just to get a refund.

Despite my disappointment with the quality of the items and the return process, I do appreciate that AMIClubwear.com reached out to me to ask for pictures of the damage. It shows that they care about their customers and want to improve their services. I hope that in the future, they will make the return process more user-friendly and improve the quality of their products.

Overall, I am hesitant to order from AMIClubwear.com again in the future. While the prices may be tempting, the low quality of the items and the difficult return process make it not worth it for me.

AMIClubwear Decent Experience with AMIClubwear: Fast Shipping, Some Hiccups

My experience with AMIClubwear has been pretty decent so far. I've made four purchases from the site, and while there have been a few hiccups, overall I'm satisfied with my orders.

The first two purchases I made were for dresses, and they arrived in a timely fashion - about 3-4 days after I placed my order. The only issue was that the necklace attached to one of the dresses had broken during shipping, but it wasn't a big deal since it looked cheap anyway. The second dress was a little big in the bust area, even though I ordered a size small, but that's something I'm used to as a small-chested person.

My third purchase was for two pairs of shoes - black boots and silver bow flats. The boots were the right size and color, but the second pair of shoes they sent me were not what I ordered. I had ordered silver pleated ballet flats with a bow, but instead they sent me silver sequined flats. I was a little disappointed, but at least the wrong pair they sent me were pretty and fit me.

I recently made my fourth purchase, so I'm still waiting to see if there are any issues with that order.

My biggest complaint about AMIClubwear is the shipping fee. $10 to ship a pair of shoes is ridiculous, in my opinion. While it's nice that the shipping is fast - my orders have always arrived within a few days - I would rather pay a little less and wait a little longer for my items to arrive. Unfortunately, they don't offer any cheaper shipping options.

Another issue I've had with the site is that they often run out of popular sizes, like smalls for clothes and sizes 6, 6.5, and 7 for shoes. As someone who wears those sizes, it's frustrating when I find something I like but it's not available in my size.

Overall, I've had a decent experience with AMIClubwear. While there have been a few issues with my orders, they've always been resolved fairly quickly. I do wish they had more flat boots with full zipper sides at cheaper prices, though - walking around in heels all day can be exhausting!

AMIClubwear AMI Clubwear Review: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees

AMI Clubwear is a website that offers free shipping if you spend over $50. I was excited to take advantage of this offer and had a little over $60 in my cart. I entered the free shipping code and it went through saying I had free shipping. When I hit "confirm", I received a confirmation email saying I had only spent $48.94, and I was charged $22.37 for shipping on top of that. I noticed one of the items I had in my cart was not on this confirmation. I immediately contacted AMI Clubwear and they said they could not cancel the order but they would put in a request for me to talk to a supervisor.

But that's not all, when I received my items, one of the items was wrong (shoes) so I requested an exchange, and AMI Clubwear agreed to exchange for the right item and refund my shipping. I sent the original shoe box unharmed in another shoe box (why would I want to pay for a box when they messed up), and AMI Clubwear sent the package back without opening it because they thought the original box was damaged and I did not end up getting my money back for shipping or I didn't get the right item. They do not state that the item will be refused if sent in a shoe box, it obviously made it fine to their warehouse but they did not bother to open the package.

I have called customer service well over 10 times, each time requesting a supervisor, and it has now been 6 weeks since I made a complaint and I still have not heard from them. One of the customer service ladies even hung up on me once. It's been such a hassle for me and I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else. It would have been an even bigger hassle if my bank account only had enough for $60, because I ended up being charged $75 and it could have caused an overdraft and then a $30 fee from my bank which I'm sure AMI Clubwear would not pay for.

It's a shame because AMI Clubwear may have cute clothes for dirt cheap, but you get what you pay for and they obviously do not invest in their customer service or quality. I hope they can improve their service in the future because it's not fair to their customers to be treated this way.

AMIClubwear AMIClubwear Review: Cute Clothes and Great Sales, but Watch Out for Shipping Costs and Inconsistent Sizing

I've been shopping at AMIClubwear for a few years now and overall, I've had a pretty good experience. The clothes and shoes are super cute and the quality is usually great. Even their own brand of shoes are well made and always look just like the pictures.

One of the best things about shopping at AMIClubwear is the amazing sales they run. They always have coupon codes available for huge discounts, sometimes up to 55% off! And if you sign up for their emails, you can get even more codes for even bigger discounts.

The only downside is that shipping can be a bit pricey. The only way to get free shipping is by spending a certain amount and then applying a coupon code. But sometimes, using a coupon code means you can't get free shipping, so you end up paying for shipping anyway.

Another issue I've had is with the packaging. Sometimes everything is packaged nicely in a cardboard box, but other times, a box of shoes is just thrown into a thin plastic mailing envelope, which can result in the box getting destroyed during shipping.

The timing to process and ship an order can also be inconsistent. Sometimes orders ship the same or next day, but other times it can take up to 6 or 7 days to ship.

Returns are processed relatively quickly, but you are responsible for return shipping. And unfortunately, you won't get a refund to your original form of payment. All returns are processed as store credit only.

One thing to keep in mind is that AMIClubwear sells multiple brands, so sizes can be inconsistent. You might be a size 9 in one shoe, but need a size 10 in another.

Overall, I would recommend shopping at AMIClubwear for their cute clothes and great sales. Just be aware of the shipping costs and inconsistent sizing.

AMIClubwear AMIClubwear Review: Cheap Prices, but Be Prepared for Frustrating Experiences

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with AMIClubwear. I've made a few orders with them recently, and I've had some pretty frustrating experiences. For starters, two of my orders had items that were out of stock even though they were still listed as available on the website when I placed my order. I didn't find out until I got a shipping confirmation email, which was four days after my order had already been shipped. If I had known earlier, I would have cancelled my order because the shipping fee wasn't worth it for just one item. And to make matters worse, they only refunded me $1 for the shipping, which is ridiculous considering I only received a $5 hat instead of the items I actually wanted.

I tried to reach out to their customer service team to complain, but they either didn't respond or gave me useless information. It was really frustrating, but I decided to give them another chance because their prices are seriously cheap.

The third purchase I made was shipped normally, but they sent me the wrong color. It's not a huge deal since I can return it, but it's still annoying. The fourth and fifth purchases were finally problem-free, but the sizing was all over the place. I ordered three pairs of boots in size 8, but two of them felt like a size 7 and one felt like an 8.5. It's really weird and makes me hesitant to order from them again.

Overall, I think the only good thing about AMIClubwear is their prices. But you have to be prepared to take a lot of risks when you order from them. They might be out of stock, send you the wrong color, or have weird sizing. So just be careful and think it through before you buy anything from them. This is just my personal experience and opinion, but I wouldn't give them more than three stars.

AMIClubwear Double Charged and No Response from Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with AMIClubwear

I recently made a purchase on AMIClubwear's website for a costume and some gloves. I needed the costume for an event in two weeks, so I thought I had plenty of time to receive it. I placed my order on October 15, 2017, and since the website stated that they would ship within a few days, I assumed I would receive it in time. However, the next day, I checked my email for a confirmation code, but I didn't receive one. I also checked my bank account to see if the order had been processed, but it hadn't. I assumed that the order didn't go through, so I placed the same order again on the same day.

To my surprise, on October 17, 2017, I received two confirmation numbers and two different money transactions from AMIClubwear. I was charged twice for the same order, which would have cost me $90 if they had done their job correctly. Now, I have to pay $180+ for the same order. I have tried to contact their customer service through email and phone, but I have not received any response. I have sent them a total of 8 emails and have been on hold for 15 minutes twice a day since the 17th, but no one has answered my calls.

I am extremely disappointed with their service. All I asked for was to cancel one of the two orders since the costumes are final sale, and I cannot return them once they are delivered. I have read other reviews, and I am afraid that I will not receive either of the costumes in time for my event. I feel like I have wasted $180 on a company that does not care about its customers.

If AMIClubwear decides to make up for their mistake, I will be sure to write a review about how they resolved the issue. However, I doubt that they will do anything to make things right. This experience has taught me to be more careful when shopping online and to read reviews before making a purchase. I hope that AMIClubwear will learn from their mistakes and improve their customer service in the future.

AMIClubwear Disappointing Experience Shopping at AMIClubwear: Poor Customer Service and Order Issues

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at AMIClubwear. The only reason I even bothered to buy from them again was because I had some store credit left over from a return. If it weren't for that, I would have never even considered shopping there again.

So, I ordered a Halloween costume from them back in October, and I had to wait a whole two weeks just to find out that it was sold out. Not a great start. But, I decided to give them another chance and ordered six items. After a week, I only received one item. Then, another week passed by and I received one more item. At this point, I was getting pretty irritated. Why was my order taking so long to process? Why hadn't they contacted me to let me know what was going on?

I decided to give them a call and after waiting on hold for what felt like an eternity (20 minutes, to be exact), I finally got through to a customer service representative. Let me tell you, this lady seemed like she had a million things going on in her head at once. It took her forever to give me the information I needed. Turns out, the other four items I ordered were out of stock. Great.

But wait, it gets worse. Not only did they charge the full amount to my PayPal account (even though I left my reference number for the store credit like they asked in the comments section of my order), but I had to email them after waiting three days after submitting my order to see why I was charged the full amount. They didn't even process my store credit until I called them (and waited on hold for 15 minutes!). And then, after waiting two weeks to receive my order, nobody bothered to contact me to let me know that my items were out of stock. I had to call them to find out what was going on. And to top it all off, when they refunded me, they refunded me the wrong amount. Now, I have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive a check instead of just having it refunded back into my PayPal account.

Honestly, this was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The customer service was practically non-existent, and while the prices were good, I'd rather spend a little extra money at other stores than deal with this kind of mess again. So, if you're thinking about shopping at AMIClubwear, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

AMIClubwear Swimsuit order of $176!

Scam scam scam! Do not buy from this company! Beware they are scammers!

If I could give negative or zero stars I would!

I should have read the reviews! This company is a complete scam! I have called left several voices!

Sent several emails! I have gotten no response back from this company! I paid $50 for 2 day shipping! For an order total of $176 of swimsuits for my honeymoon! I am needing these by the end of next week and this company has not shipped my order and has not responded back to any of my calls or emails! Do not order from this company they will steal your money! Complete scam! Fake company! I am reporting to the better business bureau and to every social media platform there is to warn as many people as I can about the scam that is this company! Also reporting to google to get them off the internet so that they can not take advantage of anymore people!

Tip for consumers:

This company steals vour money and never ships your order! They should be shut down! It's a scam!

Desired outcome: I want my order sent out to me immediately via 2nd day order as I made for in my order or I want a complete refund!!

I have been contacting ambiclubwear for two weeks straight ever since I never received my second package of tights that I ordered. I’ve sent several emails and called several times. Nobody has gotten back to me. I am very dissatisfied with my costume. Not only did I pay extra for it to come two days early and it came late. It does not fit nor does it look identical to what was displayed. I also never received my second package to get my tights. I had to buy a whole different costume elsewhere. Very upset. I would like a refund.

AMIClubwear Damaged products

The boots that i received are damaged in multiple places. I have been sending emails requesting a Return Authorization Number (RMA number).7 + emails since April 23.

I bought the boots on March 18, 2022 2 pm pst. March 19th 7:30 am, I requested to cancel my order due to the height of the boots.

ORDER #AMI100196702; FABULOUS-3035 - 8 / Slv Crinkle Pat-Gltr

I was told that it was too late to cancel it. The order took 10 days to process and ship it to me. They had enough time to cancel the order but they did not.

The order was Fulfilled on March 29, 2022 UPS #1Z28EW630398788988

I opened the box on April 26 and realized that the boots are damaged in multiple places. Emails with pictures showing damaged goods were shared via [protected]@amiclubwear.com email. They are completely ignoring my emails. Such a horrible product and customer service.

AMIClubwear Refund / never received package

I ordered 9 items from ami clubwear feb 3,2022 I received an email saying it arrived via ups at my porch feb 14, 2022. Unlike amazon there's no pictures, nothing showing the package was at my porch. I asked my neighbors and the front office about the package... No one has seen the package. I called ami clubwear and was told I need to file a claim through ups. I filed the claim as told and ups explained to me the claim was settled a refund was sent to ami clubwear. I have called this company well over 30 times, sent 12 emails left 9 voicemails.. 2 of those voicemails being urgent! Still no call back, this company doesnt answer! I just want my refund.

AMIClubwear Order never received

I order a halloween outfit this year from amiclubwear and I never received it although it said it was delievered. I called their customer service line multiple times and could not get through with anyone. I also emailed them and after a couple weeks I got some type of response saying that my order could not be dropped off so they sent it back to the warehouse. So I never got my Halloween outfit and since Halloween passed I decided I just wanted a store credit. With that store credit I ordered a rave outfit for a festival that is coming up. Once again the order says it has completed and it has been delivered but I never received anything. This never happens with any other sites I order from, only amiclubwear so what is going on?

AMIClubwear Never received product, no refund, no communication

Placed two orders on same day, Sept. 19th, 2021. Order numbers [protected] and [protected]. I never received the product. I have reached out several times with no response. They don't answer the phone. I've requested a refund several times in email. No refund, no response, no product. I got one response saying they could refund, but it never happened. That was on Oct. 11th.

AMIClubwear Purchase

I ordered costume and eyelashes on the 14 of Oct, received the eyelashes on the 21, have not received the costume. I have sent emails with no response and I have called multiple times and left messages with no response. The last email I sent I asked for a refund of the costume as no one from this company deems fit to respond. Order # [protected]. Now I am out $50 and here the day before halloween have to try and find another costume. I am deeply upset at the lack of customer service responses from this company. I will never order from here again and just want my money back from the costume.

AMIClubwear customer service

I wanted to cancel my order as soon as I placed it. This was on a Sunday. I looked up how to cancel an order and it said cancellations could only be made through a call, and they only accept calls Monday through Friday. So I waited until Monday and called first thing. I even called during the hours they suggested. Every time, I got disconnected with an automated message saying that they were too busy and could not take my call, this happened after 16 minutes. I called five times.

I decided to try emailing even though it said not to on the site, and they sent me an email saying that it was already in processing so it couldn't be canceled. I believe processing is the first damn step. I called again to see if they could tell me something different on the phone, but they just kept telling me that once it was sent to processing that there was nothing they could do. I made sure to buy things that didn't have the "FINAL SALE" in red during checkout so I could return things, but when I read the fine print it said they could not accept returns on clearance items or items under like $12 or something like that. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I don't like to be the person who complains or gives the customer service rep a hard time because I've been there, but I really just want this cancelled!

AMIClubwear frustrating

I will never do business with them again
They back ordered 4 items out of 6 and gave me no dates when exactly I could expect them. 2 items arrived one month after I ordered them. Speaking of the other 4, I have no idea what's going on to them and where they are now. It's very hard to say. Customer service is absolutely useless, they have no tracking numbers (why?), but they claim that all of my items are ready for shipping, however, they'll be sent separately :( It means no one knows when exactly they will arrive, it depends on nothing at all.
Oh well.
