My power went out at 4:30 pm on May 17. 2017. After following your procedure of reporting an outage online I waited and waited and waited for a status update. Finally receiving an email stating estimated time 8:00 pm again I waited and waited. At 8:30 pm and still sitting in the dark I called and immediately went on hold with and estimated time of 12 to 19 minutes. So again I waited and waited and waited.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Newton, IAAfter 1 hour of being on hold I hung up and called back only to receive a message stating that the office was closed! Closed?? After Waiting all this time!?? So you put your customers on hold and then close the office and leave them hanging on the line on indefintate hold?? I have insulin in my refrigerator that MUST be kept cold. So here I sit at 10:00pm still with no power. Is this the way you treat your customers?
