Air Senegal / Thank you Note

Thank you Complaints Board. After four months Air Senegal actually refunded me for the stolen goods. I must thank Mr. Mall Sall of Air Senegal and Mr. Toure in Senegal for making sure a thorough follow-up was done. It helps to follow-up these matters and I know some people give up along the way, I did not! I was determined and as such managed to get heard. The payment was not what I expected, but it was better than nothing and of most importance is the fact that Air Senegal know that they cannot take their clients for granted!!!

    I traveled with SAA couch sharing with Air Senegal and my luggage was checked strain to Banjul where upon arrival long after the due date, my stuff was stolen and they are not responding to my letters.
