agentwebonline and trade world corporation both owned by same person. he says his name is andy. they will over charge you once they have your credit card. then never answer your email or phone. if you use different phone number you might be able to get their hold but as soon they know who you are they will hang up.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
AgentWebOnline's parent Trade World Corporation has an F rating with the BBB. That doesn't seem like "many happy customers" to me as the nameless AgentWebOnline employee above claimed when they linked to the reviews page on their own site (LOL). They (AGentWebOnline and their parent company Trade World Corporation) also list a mail forwarding address in NY as their address but the company is not registered in New York (which can be easily verified by checking with both the New York Secretary of State's corporate division and with the New York City Department of Consumer affairs).
FYI, AgentWebOnline's parent company also runs a site called TalkWith Lead which has been spamming my contact forms for months (I've received dozens of spam emails in violation of the CANSPAM Act) and many other people's contact forms (Google is full of spam complaints about people being spammed by them...google 'talkwithlead spam'). I finally filed multiple complaints about the spamming today with the FTC, and since they list a NY address on their site, I also filed complaints with both the NY State Attorney General and NYC Department of Consumer Affairs today.
SCAM company. Poor and nonworkable product.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! At the request of my legal team, I've had to cancel a credit card to stop these people from charging my account. I sent a check to get them off my back and to cancel the relationship. I can't get any help and they are holding my check. Be careful with this company. They are a fraud. To make matters worse, the product is not workable nor complete. SCAM
Agent Web Online make it difficult to cancel. This is a SCAM company. Product is never fully functional and you can't get anyone to answer your request. SCAM. Be careful with these companies - Agent Web Online and Trade World Corp.
