I recently used Logo Venture to have a logo created for my business and, overall, I am pleased with the end result. However, I did feel that they were constantly trying to sell me additional services, such as international registration for my logo.

What concerns me most about this service is that it is unclear what is actually protected by the registration. I received a certificate from a private company, but nothing is actually submitted to any government agency. Essentially, you are only receiving a certificate that verifies your work is posted on a privately-owned website. If that website were to shut down, you would lose any protection that you thought you had. I believe that simply using the logo on your website or email signature provides just as much protection.

I also have some doubts about the legitimacy of Logo Venture as a company. Despite presenting themselves as a US company, I was unable to find any legitimate office in the US. Additionally, the representatives I spoke with had generic American surnames, which seemed suspicious to me. On top of that, when I tried to contact them with concerns, they avoided my calls and emails and made no attempt to help me resolve the issue.

Instead of addressing my concerns, it seems that Logo Venture simply tries to silence negative reviews. This only makes me more concerned about their business practices and makes me want to warn others to steer clear.

Overall, I would caution others in using this company and suggest they look into other review sites for more information. When Logo Venture can't manipulate the reviews, they are seen for what they are - and that's not good for their business.

So, I figured I'd give Logo Venture a try when I saw their cheap intro price. The dude on the phone talked me up a bit (I only realized it later), but I was still good with how things were going.

They did the logo for me and we went back and forth until I thought it was exactly what I wanted. I shot off an email to the Project Manager saying to go ahead and send me the files. I figured since I'd already paid that it'd just be a matter of them sending the files and that'd be that. Everyone'd be happy.

But no. One of the dudes, Henry Collins, who I guess was my account manager, said we needed to chat on the phone to finalize things. I was a bit wary, but whatever.

He called me and we're like 3-4 minutes in and he's still talking about whether or not I want to pay for copyright. I was thinking, yeah dude, the logo was great and I'd already paid for it, so why's this call still going? He asked me if I wanted to pay another $100 for copyright. I said no, that I was good.

He went completely silent and I could hear his eyeballs rolling through the phone. He asked me "why?" like I'd said something completely stupid. I told him I wasn't interested and didn't think it was relevant. It was a work of art I'd paid for and I didn't need to explain why I didn't want copyright on it.

He kept interrupting me and getting louder and louder. Finally, I told him to shut up and he got all bent out of shape, telling me to shut up instead. He ended up saying "Go $#*! yourself" and hung up on me.

I then called Logo Venture and they finally sent me the files I'd paid for...and that's it.

I wouldn't recommend them, though. The logo was fine, but the whole process felt like a never-ending upsell and argument.

This company, Logo Venture, was a truly awful experience for me. I regret using them and my advice to anyone considering it is to proceed with caution. I made the mistake of paying a large sum of money up front, and it was a costly blunder. They dragged out the process of creating my website, and never got it quite right. At that point, I knew enough was enough. The quality of work was too poor and the service was terrible. I cut my losses and moved on, registering a new domain at websitesource.com and counting my entire experience with Logo Venture as a huge learning lesson. Trust me, the stress that comes with working with them is not worth the hassle. My final advice to anyone considering this company is to avoid them and choose someone who is US-based. Although Logo Venture claims to have a presence in the US, they operate out of India and use not having a contract to trap you. They essentially hold you hostage and use your fear of losing your money to control you. I wouldn't trust them again with a ten-foot pole and I recommend that you do the same. Overall, my experience with Logo Venture was a nightmare, and I would not want anyone else to go through it.

OH MY GOSH, let me tell you about Logo Venture. It's like they put all their effort into making a fancy website and hiring talkative salespeople just to trick you into buying their awful logo designs. Seriously, I fell for it and I totally regret it.

Their designers are so basic that I had to Google ideas for them, and guess what? They used stock photos on some of my designs and acted like it was their own art. Like what?! If I had used one of those designs as my company logo and ended up with a huge lawsuit because of it, I would have lost it.

And would you believe, they're still trying to get money from my credit card company months later? Like, come on, Logo Venture, give it a rest. They even admitted they were wrong in writing, but they don't care. They don't care that I'm writing this review to warn others about their scam.

My advice? Stay far away from Logo Venture. They don't deserve your hard-earned money or your trust.

The first impression of Logo Venture (logoventure.com) wasn't exactly the best. Seemed like their customer service was a bit impatient and inflexible. And what's worse, when I contacted them through their Australian page version, the experience didn't improve much.

I had an attempt to get a logo from them, and my conclusion is not positive. At the end of the phone call that I didn't even request in the first place, they bashed me. I decided to give them a piece of advice before saying goodbye. Here's what I suggested to them:

"Additional training is much needed in the following areas:

1) Customer service - don't make phone calls to customers who haven't requested them, and respect their communication preferences.
2) Communication - don't talk at the same time as customers.
3) Manners - don't make assumptions about people and organizations you have no clue about.
4) Listen carefully to your customers - don't make them repeat themselves.
5) Never say to anyone 'come back when you have enough money.'

I advise this for any possible reason, especially when you advertised a starting price of $35 and it magically changed to $99 after my order started. You are free to discuss the price further via email, as you have discounted earlier, which is where I lost you on the phone."

But it's not only the poor customer service. The same person misunderstood the nature of my business and insulted me by categorizing it wrongly and having a poor understanding of English, which led to me repeating myself over and over again. So my advice to you is to stay away from Logo Venture and their unprofessional customer service.

I had a terrible experience with Logo Venture, and I highly recommend that you do not use this company! When I initially purchased their basic package, I was promised that someone would call me after the weekend to discuss the logo designs. However, instead of having a conversation about the design, I was immediately pressured into upgrading my purchase. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but looking back, I wish I had never done it.

When I finally received the logo designs, I was extremely disappointed. I did a reverse image search and found that many of them were nearly identical to logos that could be found on other websites. I contacted the team to express my concerns, but instead of addressing the issue, they immediately asked me if I was ready to finalize my decision. Keep in mind, I was promised unlimited revisions, so I had not yet decided on a final logo. They then informed me that they REQUIRED an additional payment of $449 to complete the copyright for my "final logo."

This was not what I had signed up for. I just wanted to see the final high-resolution files that I had already paid for. Additionally, I had requested business card designs, which were also not delivered. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with them, I was called every single day asking for payment for a service I had not yet agreed upon.

One of the logo venture employees even went as far as to tell me that my business ideas were terrible and that I didn't know what I was doing. I was insulted and upset, but they continued to harass me and pressure me into paying for a service that I had not yet agreed to. Finally, I had to hang up the phone and tell them to stop calling me.

To make matters worse, all of this was charged in USD, which was not disclosed on their website. Be warned; this company is nothing but a scam.

Logo Venture had really disappointed me. At first, I was quite excited to try their services and purchased their basic pack. I was not pleased when all they did was to call me and upgrade my purchase without discussing anything about the design. The employee just hung up without any discussion about the logo design. I was disappointed and frustrated at how unprofessional and frustrated they treated me.

Finally, when they sent me the designs, I took it upon myself to do a reverse image search and found that some logos were identical to those on various other websites. They did not consider my complaint and expected me to finalize my decision without providing unlimited revisions.

Further, when I highlighted my concerns, they did not offer any help, instead insisted that I pay $449 to have my logo's copyright. This was frustrating, and I just wanted them to provide me with high res files of my designs as promised. But, they did not even honor this simple request.

I kept receiving a lot of calls from them daily, insisting that I make payment before arriving at a decision. They never provided the business card designs as requested but still demanded payment I had not agreed upon. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of communication made me lose faith in their services. To make things worse, when I asked them to stop calling me, an employee insulted my business idea, acting as though I didn't know anything.

I just received poor services from this company, and they did everything they could to take my money without providing the promised services. Everything was in USD, which they never stated explicitly. I regret ever using Logo Venture, and I advise anyone reading this to avoid this company at all costs because they are a total scam.

But wait, it gets even worse! When I asked for a refund, they laughed at me and tried to sell me something else AGAIN! How unprofessional is that? They don't listen to the customer at all and just do whatever they want. It's like they're not even set up to take care of their customers at all.

The only good thing I can say about them is that my logo turned out pretty well. But that was all thanks to the actual designers doing the work. If it were up to the people I interacted with, it would have been a complete disaster. So if you want to deal with terrible customer service, false deadlines, and being laughed at when you ask for a refund, then go ahead and use Logo Venture. But if you have any sense at all, you'll stay far away from them.

Logo Venture seems to be a misleading and false advertising company. They claim that they work in Australia and use an Australian phone number, but it turned out to be a patch number that is fake. I spoke to one of their salespeople who confirmed that they are in Australia, but it turned out that they don't have an office there. They offer a toll-free number, but it's not available to dial from within Australia. It seems that they're not offering offshore service, but they're pretending to be.

Logo Venture promises to have a professional team that will design logos and websites. They offer an unlimited logo service, but it seems like it's only through their logo generator software. They offer basic designs that are not even close to what was promised. I had to pay for my own logo because they kept presenting designs that were not what I wanted. It seemed like they were using the auto-generated button because they didn't take any of my feedback to modify the logo.

The project assistance person changed at least 4 to 5 times under a year, and the last person resigned without advising paid customers. It seems like most of their contact points are fake. It took me two months for someone to call me back after I attempted to call all of their phone numbers, sent emails, messages on my project page, social media messages, and others called on my behalf. Finally, someone called me and acted like it's okay to start building my branding website. However, after finding out the truth about Logo Venture's false statements, I demanded a refund.

They played handball by telling me to wait 24-48 hours and escalated it when they knew that I wanted a refund. They didn't refer me to anyone, and they just dragged on. It was not what I expected when building a new business, and they didn't offer professional and accredited services.

It seems like Logo Venture is not a legit company and they are scamming their customers. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on their services. They need to be shut down and not rip off any more customers. It's a one-star rating from me, but it's only for the purpose of adding a review. They don't deserve any stars at all.

So let me tell you about Logo Venture. At first, I thought I hit the jackpot. I needed some websites for my real estate business and these guys seemed to have a reasonable price. They kept popping up on my screen, with their flashy websites and the promise of being based in Los Angeles (although, I later found out this was not the case). They told me they could do any type of website and that I would be charged $795 per website. I agreed to their terms and put down a deposit of $1,000 for them to start working on my projects. But boy, was I wrong.

I was dealing with a guy named Mathew Wilson and he had an English accent. I gave him my ideas and he said his team could do it 100%. Everything I wanted, they could create. But it turned out he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I purchased two websites, along with social media logins for Facebook & Google, 3 e-mails for my company and hosting for 3 years. The project began and I dealt with Sean Clark, who had both an English and Indian accent. At first, things seemed smooth and I was taking my time to give them my full ideas with examples and links of websites with details of what I wanted. I approved the layout for both websites and one logo. After that, the incompetence started to show.

I requested they make changes to both websites, but it took them about 2 weeks to make some changes and they ignored other requests. They misspelled my husband's name and refused to make certain changes. On or around Feb 02, 2018, I called and spoke with Sean Clark and he suddenly transferred me to Mathew. Mathew then offered me some kind of discount if I paid the remaining $547 for both websites. I agreed, but they never sent me a receipt even though he said he would. I tried reaching out to them to see how long it would take to complete my project, but they ignored my requests and it took them forever to make minor changes.

After struggling with their incompetence for several months, I later found out that they don't even have a business license registered with the city of Los Angeles or the state of California. What's more concerning is the office and address that is on their website is fake and they are not leasing any office space there in LA. They are scammers who operate under different names and numbers to lure in unsuspecting customers. Some phone numbers on their other company were not even working and the number that was working sounded like the same guy I was talking to which is Mathew Wilson.

I started to question their 5-star ratings, which sounded too good to be true. I read the negative reviews, which sounded like what I had just gone through with Logo Venture. They used different company names and numbers to get customers. These guys are not a real company, and they're located outside of the US. That's how they get away with the scam. I am considering reporting my situation to the DA and the FBI so that no one else will fall victim to their scam.

In conclusion, I do not recommend Logo Venture to anyone. They promise the world but will ultimately disappoint you. They are liars and simply do not know what they're doing. Don't make the same mistake I did, and hire someone local to do your website or logo. It will save you frustration and anger. Stay far away from Logo Venture, Desigvation.com, Videoshines.com and Videoanimationinc.com.

Back in 2019 they made a logo for my company. I allowed these guys to play their game for a while to see where it would go…. Sometime after 2019 or 2020, this company dissolved and the website/company was taken over or bought by scammers. They target you by saying things like there is a company trying to trademark your name, so you have to trademark or this company will get your name and you need to stop using it right away. Lol… I called the main number from logoventure.net and it was automatically routed to the “lawyer” that called me. Haha.. he answered it by saying hello? Then saying my name. I told him once again he’s a fraud and scammer, where he began to swear back at me. Please do not fall for these guys…

I gotta say, I'm not too sure about Logo Venture. I mean, just like Amanda said in her review on 6/10/18, something just seems a little...off. I mean, where are these guys even based? I couldn't tell you.

And don't even get me started on their website development - you'll be getting sold something new every step of the way. And the costs just keep adding up, like whoa. It's enough to make ya dizzy.

But the real kicker for me was their Content writing service. I mean, I had to re-write everything they gave me. It was like they had some school-level person doing it or something. Not cool.

Now, I did have to update my review after Logoventures sent me a strongly worded email about legal action or something. They even asked me to take down my previous review! Can you even imagine? It's like they only want glowing reviews or they'll come after ya for "internet defamation" or some such nonsense.

I don't know, maybe some folks out there have had better experiences with Logo Venture, but I'm not sold.

The sales people are really misleading and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Logo Venture is not a good company to work with, in my opinion. I had a really bad experience with them and wanted to share it to let others know what they're getting into.

To be fair, I did eventually get a refund through PayPal, but it was only after a long and difficult process. I would definitely advise anyone to stay away from this company and find a more reliable service for their needs.

This here company ain't no good, folks! Don't go and file none of your trademarks, copyrights or get them to make you a logo or nothing. They talk about having an in-house team of legal peeps, but that's just hogwash. They took my cash money and didn't file nothing on my behalf. They told me they filed a trademark for me three months ago, but when I asked for the serial number, they gave me all kinds of excuses. Months went by, and they kept saying that they done filed it, but they finally gave me my money back. And on top of all that, they try to push you into spending more of your money on their services, but they don't offer much to show for it. I can't even tell if they's a real company. You better not use this company, no matter what! They try to act like they's running some kind of legit business, but I got a hunch that it ain't the truth. Maybe they're just recycling someone else's work and selling it off as their own. Y'all know what they say - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they wasted no time launching into an overbearing sales pitch to get me to trademark the logo. After a good 15 minutes of back and forth, I finally "persuaded" him to send me the files I wanted. That was when he turned around and tried to convince me to use their web design services. I straight-up rejected the offer, but the salesperson didn't seem to get the message. Instead, he went off on me, saying that I was unprofessional for turning down quality design.

After intense back and forth and 25 agonizing minutes, I finally got my files. You'd think that would be the end of it, but it wasn't. I was supposed to get a design for my business card, but I've heard nothing back from them even after filling out the required forms over a week ago.

I am extremely disappointed with Logo Venture as they claimed to be the best logo company out there, but instead, they turned out to be the most pathetic one. If I could, I would give them a big fat zero stars. I wonder how people are still giving them positive reviews. Are those reviews even genuine?

The majority of the reviews out there are negative for a reason. I ordered my logo back in May and paid for it through their website. A guy called me up and told me that I can make as many changes as I want, and I thought this was great. However, after waiting for weeks, I finally received some logos, but none of them match my expectations. I clearly told them that I didn't like any of them, but they gave me a long email stating that I chose a basic plan with only three choices and that I need to choose one of them. But how is that fair when none of the three logos are even close to what I wanted?

I was extremely disappointed, but I had to choose one logo out of the options because that's what I paid for. But what good is it when the logo is not at all what I wanted? The guy who called me earlier started to shout and fight when I refused to pay for the registration that he was forcing me to buy. He was extremely rude and didn't know how to provide good customer service. I don't even know why they employed him in the first place.

After I hung up, I received an email from the designer who worked on my logo. But even now, I haven't used any of the logos that they have provided because they were simply rubbish and of poor quality.

I can say for sure that this is the worst logo company out there, and they have the customer service to match. These crooks will surely not return my money, and they don't even provide good selections despite customers giving them clear instructions on what kind of logo they want. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying away from Logo Venture because it's a waste of time and money.
