Logo Venture

Back in 2019 they made a logo for my company. I allowed these guys to play their game for a while to see where it would go…. Sometime after 2019 or 2020, this company dissolved and the website/company was taken over or bought by scammers. They target you by saying things like there is a company trying to trademark your name, so you have to trademark or this company will get your name and you need to stop using it right away. Lol… I called the main number from logoventure.net and it was automatically routed to the “lawyer” that called me. Haha.. he answered it by saying hello? Then saying my name. I told him once again he’s a fraud and scammer, where he began to swear back at me. Please do not fall for these guys…

I gotta say, I'm not too sure about Logo Venture. I mean, just like Amanda said in her review on 6/10/18, something just seems a little...off. I mean, where are these guys even based? I couldn't tell you.

And don't even get me started on their website development - you'll be getting sold something new every step of the way. And the costs just keep adding up, like whoa. It's enough to make ya dizzy.

But the real kicker for me was their Content writing service. I mean, I had to re-write everything they gave me. It was like they had some school-level person doing it or something. Not cool.

Now, I did have to update my review after Logoventures sent me a strongly worded email about legal action or something. They even asked me to take down my previous review! Can you even imagine? It's like they only want glowing reviews or they'll come after ya for "internet defamation" or some such nonsense.

I don't know, maybe some folks out there have had better experiences with Logo Venture, but I'm not sold.

I was so excited to try out Logo Venture and get an awesome new logo for my business. But boy was I disappointed! First of all, I found out they weren't even in Australia like they claim on their website. And then I paid for my logo and was charged in USD, which was super annoying. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do that but they could upgrade me to unlimited reviews and throw in 5 years of hosting. Seemed like a good deal at the time but it was all a scam. They asked me for even more money - another $99- and I had to pay through a different company via PayPal. Ugh!

I tried looking up reviews on Trust Pilot and I saw a whole bunch of bad comments from other customers who got scammed too. I still haven't received my website or anything for that matter and it's been ages. I got so frustrated that I had to put in a claim with PayPal for help.

But Logo Venture still won't communicate with me or show me any proof that they've been working on my website. I don't know what to do now! The sales people are really misleading and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. It's really a shame because I was hoping to have a cool new logo and website but instead, I got scammed by Logo Venture.

Logo Venture is a company that offers logo and website design services. Like many other reviewers, I had an experience with a representative named Jack who tried to upsell me during our chat conversation. I originally approached Logo Venture looking for a logo design, but Jack kept insisting on website costs. I doubt that Logo Venture cares about their customers' feedback, and it seems like Jack may be a part of the Logo Venture team. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Logo Venture for anyone who wants a professional design service from a reliable company.

Logo Venture is not a good company to work with, in my opinion. I had a really bad experience with them and wanted to share it to let others know what they're getting into.
I asked for a refund because I was not satisfied with their work, but they refused and even asked me for more money. I found it really frustrating because they advertise a "100% money-back guarantee", but it's just a joke.
The account manager was also really angry and accused me of making threats, which was completely untrue. I was just trying to get my money back for a job that was not done to my satisfaction.
In fact, my experience was so bad that I had to take legal action. The Federal Trade Commission and Australian Commerce Commission are now investigating Logo Venture for their dishonest practices.
To be fair, I did eventually get a refund through PayPal, but it was only after a long and difficult process. I would definitely advise anyone to stay away from this company and find a more reliable service for their needs.
Be warned though, if you write a review that includes someone's name, they will report your review on Trust Pilot. I found this out the hard way. So be careful when leaving a review and make sure to share your experience without including any specific names.

My experience with Logo Venture has been a complete disaster. When I signed on with them, they promised me a timeline of only 3 weeks. But the project ended up taking a whole 2 years, and the results were just awful! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I highly suggest that you stay away from Logo Venture. They may make all sorts of promises to you, but they won't deliver in the end. Don't waste your money, no matter how many commitments they make, even if it's in writing. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration if you go with a different company.

This here company ain't no good, folks! Don't go and file none of your trademarks, copyrights or get them to make you a logo or nothing. They talk about having an in-house team of legal peeps, but that's just hogwash. They took my cash money and didn't file nothing on my behalf. They told me they filed a trademark for me three months ago, but when I asked for the serial number, they gave me all kinds of excuses. Months went by, and they kept saying that they done filed it, but they finally gave me my money back. Ain't no trademark ever been filed, and they done wasted my time and cost me more of my hard-earned money. And on top of all that, they try to push you into spending more of your money on their services, but they don't offer much to show for it. I can't even tell if they's a real company. You better not use this company, no matter what! They try to act like they's running some kind of legit business, but I got a hunch that it ain't the truth. Maybe they're just recycling someone else's work and selling it off as their own. Y'all know what they say - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

I recently had an experience with Logo Venture while trying to get a logo for my golf company. At first, I just wanted a simple logo, but the representative I spoke to kept trying to convince me that I needed all sorts of extras that I didn't really need or already had. I tried to explain that I already had a website, but it seemed like he didn't quite understand what I meant.

After weeks of waiting, I finally started to get some designs from Logo Venture, but they were all pretty lackluster. I had to give them a second round of ideas, but unfortunately the designs that came back were even worse than the first time. Basically, they gave me seven versions of the same design with different colors and fonts, and then threw in one wild card with a golf ball and a crown. I'm not sure what kind of branding message that's supposed to send!

One thing I will say is that the name "Logo Venture" is pretty catchy. However, I highly doubt that anyone creative enough to come up with that name is actually working there. When I asked for a refund, they told me that they don't give refunds, but that they would be willing to try again. If I'm being honest, I wasn't too hopeful that they would be able to come up with anything better, but I didn't really have any other options.

In the end, I did get a logo that I was able to put on my golf balls...but if I'm being completely honest, it's not really something that I'm excited about. I wouldn't say that Logo Venture is a scam, but I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants a high-quality logo that really represents their brand. Oh, and one other thing: they spelled my name wrong in their emails a bunch of times, which was kind of annoying.

Plus, they had put it in this massive document, so I couldn't even crop it properly. It was completely useless.

Honestly, these guys are nothing but scammers. They lure you in with their cheap prices, but then they try to squeeze every last penny out of you. It's a complete joke. If you're looking for a good logo design, don't waste your time or money with Logo Venture. Go to Fiverr instead, at least you can complain about someone on that platform. Believe me, I won't be using Logo Venture ever again.

The logo from Logo Venture was fine, not amazing but okay. Frankly, their service, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. I dropped money for a logo and was left in the dark for a couple of days. No phone calls were going through, so I had no choice but to resort to online chat. They gave me the go-ahead, and I approved one of their designs, as promised, within 24 hours. That was when the frustration set in.

For one week straight, I tried following up, leaving messages, joining chat sessions and even calling a few more times - all to no avail. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they finally responded only to let me know that my assigned designer had quit their business. I felt disappointed, but hey, things like that can happen. I was still willing to put up with the inconvenience.

When I finally got someone on the phone, the experience got even worse. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they wasted no time launching into an overbearing sales pitch to get me to trademark the logo. After a good 15 minutes of back and forth, I finally "persuaded" him to send me the files I wanted. That was when he turned around and tried to convince me to use their web design services. I straight-up rejected the offer, but the salesperson didn't seem to get the message. Instead, he went off on me, saying that I was unprofessional for turning down quality design.

After intense back and forth and 25 agonizing minutes, I finally got my files. You'd think that would be the end of it, but it wasn't. I was supposed to get a design for my business card, but I've heard nothing back from them even after filling out the required forms over a week ago.

I am extremely disappointed with Logo Venture as they claimed to be the best logo company out there, but instead, they turned out to be the most pathetic one. If I could, I would give them a big fat zero stars. I wonder how people are still giving them positive reviews. Are those reviews even genuine?

The majority of the reviews out there are negative for a reason. I ordered my logo back in May and paid for it through their website. A guy called me up and told me that I can make as many changes as I want, and I thought this was great. However, after waiting for weeks, I finally received some logos, but none of them match my expectations. I clearly told them that I didn't like any of them, but they gave me a long email stating that I chose a basic plan with only three choices and that I need to choose one of them. But how is that fair when none of the three logos are even close to what I wanted?

I was extremely disappointed, but I had to choose one logo out of the options because that's what I paid for. But what good is it when the logo is not at all what I wanted? The guy who called me earlier started to shout and fight when I refused to pay for the registration that he was forcing me to buy. He was extremely rude and didn't know how to provide good customer service. I don't even know why they employed him in the first place.

After I hung up, I received an email from the designer who worked on my logo. But even now, I haven't used any of the logos that they have provided because they were simply rubbish and of poor quality.

I can say for sure that this is the worst logo company out there, and they have the customer service to match. These crooks will surely not return my money, and they don't even provide good selections despite customers giving them clear instructions on what kind of logo they want. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying away from Logo Venture because it's a waste of time and money.
