I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. I wish I had read all the posts here. Everything they said is true. I am filing a complaint with the FTC.

I SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL OFFER OF ACAIPURE ONLY PAY S&H OF $ 1.99 AND RECIEVED EXTRA PRODUCTS ( HOODIA GUM & LIQUID DROPS) AND MY CC WAS CHARGED $ 44.95 WHICH CREATED AN OVERDRAFT CHARGE OF $35.00 SO A FREE TRIAL COST $ 79.95. BUYER BEWARE. I DONT CARE IF IT WAS SEEN ON OPRAH! I WONDER IF OPRAH WAS CHARGED FOR A FREE TRIAL?

was only to be charged 4.95 shipping handling, my account was charged 48 plus dollars, 8 days later, still have not received my product, revisited the website and emailed their customer service several times and not getting a response. i will have to cancel my credit card to stop further charges, read the fine print at bottom of the page and uncheck the boxes on the website so you don't get charged extra for products you dont want

I too want to complain about ordering this product AcaiPure from centralcoastnutraceuticals. I wanted the free trial for just the cost of shipping $4.95 (it cost them $2 plus change to ship). I was sent two items I did not order and was charged $44. I've tried emailing and calling the company. No response. Today when I called it said I had a four minute wait; I waited 60 minutes. You need an authorization number to return. Can any help?

This Co. makes it impossible to return and cancel thier product. I received product I didn't order and invoice states you must have a RMA# to get credit for any product returned, however the lines are always either busy or there is a hold time of 74mins. (at last attempt) I"ve tried e-mailing with no response..I had to file a dispute with my credit card Co. They also claim no credit will be given for pkgs marked Return to Sender...

I ordered a SAMPLE of ACAIPURE (which I've heard only good things about) for $4.95. My bank card was charged $44.85. Tried calling toll-free # and was told there would be a 75 minute wait.

After reading all the other complaints, I decided not to wait and talk to them. Seems like it will do no good. I have emailed them and told them to change my bank card charges.

I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL SIZE OF THIS PRODUCT AND WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE. THE CHARGE SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN $ 4.95 NOT $ 44.95 I AM SO UPSET THAT SOME COMPANIES WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU LIKE THIS. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE FROM US CUSTOMERS, THAT THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN? PLEASE ADVISE SINCERELY, MARILYN WHITE

Have not received any product, ordered on Nov 5, this day is Nov 16. Account was charged 44.85, suppose to be free trial offer for 4.95. Product was AcalPure. Did not see all the complaints until after order was placed, otherwise I never would have ordered. And probably never will again.

Ordered a free trial sample charged $41.85...got products I did not ask for! Then next month charged $39.95 for another order which I did not order. I didn't experience any difference from this product as with a much less expensive one from the health food store for less than half the price!

I signed up for the free trial and was suppose to be charged $4.95 shipping and handling and got charged $41.85. Apparently there were items on the side that had the boxes checked in them for additional items I didn't want or know about. I tried contacting them through email and it said to allow 24 to 48hrs for a response and don't send the email again. Well it's been 7 days and I have not heard anything.

I was charged three times for diet pills that I never received.
$39.95 on 10/27/2008
$29.95 on 10/26/2008
$29.95 on 11/10/2008

I want my name taken off of their mailing list, and them to stop charging my credit cards for merchandise I never receive.

These people put out a fake product with fake endorsments and once you order the product they do not allow you to cancel your order and return your money. They quote you one price and then charge your card 50x as much as was quoted and even after cancelling the order, they continue to charge your card until you have to report fraudulent charges and change all of your account information.

HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN...!

I purchased a trial sample for $ 1.89 paid a $ 1.89 with credit card. Then I was checking my credit card two month later Acaipure charged $39.95 for what I still don't know. I didn't order anymore but a trial sample. I would like my money credited back to my credit card. I will never order anything else from this company again.

I recently e-mailed you regarding this product and someone was suppose to get back with me. That is know way to run a business. I think you guys are scammers. I really wanted to cancel this order, and know one got back with me. I was suppose to only get a free trial and was charged 44.82 for god knows what. My order # is 1549966. If this is not taken care of, I will go to further actions. Please contact me ASAP!

This company is a rip off...they charged me $44.85 instead of the $5.95 shipping that was stated. I even read all the fine print and it said nothing of charging me more. It has been over two weeks and I still have not received anything. What was Oprah dreaming up when she told us about this product...Is she in on the take?

I ordered a free trial bottle of acai pure tablet s with shipping handling of 4.99, I was charged for a botttle of hoodie water and hoodie gum. I was charged for two months. They then sent me more after canceling. I called the company in October to cancel (by leaving a message). I have been billed, yet again, but when I tried to call again, I was prompted to a line to cancel only to get a recording and unable to leave a message. I

Initially, I received and was billed for items I did not ordered. I returned the items but still have not seen a credit to my account. I cancelled all future orders, however I have received another shipment and account billed. This company needs to be checked!

I recently ordered this product and was told it was just a free trial offer. I was charged 46.82, should of been 4.95. This is no way to run a company. If this is not cancelled, I will take further action. My order # is 1549966

I responded to a free offer with just paying shpping. I received additional products that I never ordered. After repeated attempts I did get through and got a return #. I returned the unordered products with an authorization # but have never received a refund to my account. I had ordered the free sample and was charged 39.95 and then an additional charge of 44.85. No one will answer the phone now They say it is a 40 min wait.

I ordered a free trial of AcaiPure for 4.95 and my account was cahrged 44.95 the first time and $39.95 the next month. I did not authorize either transaction. This is a scam and I will report this to the Better Business Bureau, the Dept of Commerce and my lawyer immediately as well dispute this with my bank. What a scam.

I ordered the free trial of Acai Pure which was supposed to be with shipping charge only of $4.95 and was sent Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater which I did not order but has been debited out of my account. The customer service line keeps you on hold for and indefinite period up to 30 minutes or more.

I didn't want anything to do with it at all. i just feel totally scammed. hopefully after changing my account i will not be charged anything else. a lesson learned on internet purchases.

I ordered a free trial bottle of acai pure tablets with shipping handling of 1.98. I was sent in addition a bottle of hoodia water and hoodia gum for which i was charged 40.00. Two weeks later i was charged an additional 39.98. I called the company only to get a recording and was unable to leave a message. Fortunately AmEx will dispute the charge for me.
