Acaipure review: Charge not authorized by me 1528

I WANT TO CANCEL ANY FUTHER MEMBERSHIPS OR SHIPMENTS. I WAS CHARGED 44.95 ON AUSTUST 23RD ON SEPT. 15TH 39.95 AN ON SEPT.30TH 44.90. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVES 2 BOTTLES OF ACAIPURE. PLEASE LET ME HEAR FROM YOU.

I received the trial product. Then I noticed that on 10/10/08 my credit card was charged for $39.95 and I have not received the product yet...

BEWARE! If you are ordering a "free" trial item, company will ship additional items and charge your account without your authorization. Company does not respond to your requests to rectify and correct their error. They clearly break the law.

i was to be charged $1.95 for s&h only. to try this product.
they charges my credit card $41.85. i will be calling c.c.company to dispute charges.
i tried to call company and phone stays busy. will keep trying to get through meanwhile.
i will also send back product if they dont charge right. i havent opened package. my c.c. will give me what advice to do.

I order a free trial 60 day supply of product/shipping 1.95, tried, tried and kept trying to reach them. I then receive 41.85 of products anot order, I was given a return number and I did return items timely, I was told and expected a refund, then on 10/15/08 they charge my account 39.95 again .

I was charged for this product, never purchased, I might have checked the website after it was sent to my email

Ordered their product for a one time trial...Now they keep sending more, even though I didn't order it. They keep charging my credit card...How can I get them to stop?

I just found out from the bank that instead of two charges there are 3. the $4.95 charge was charged at $44.85. That makes 2 additional charges less than 15 days apart. one at $39.95 the other at $44.90, neither approved and product was NOT received.

Ordered the free offer of Acaipure, supposedly praised by Oprah, with 1.95 for shipping & handling.
44.85 was charged to my credit card.
This wasa just done a couple of days ago so I haven't received anything. & I don't care. Does Oprah know?

they charged my account 41.85 for a free trail offer that I never received and I can't get a hold of they either via phone or email. Someone should do something about this company and Oprah should tell her viewers not to buy this product.

I received a debit on my checking account in the amount of $44.85. from ACAIPURE. I did not authorize this and wanted it credited immediately and want nothing to do with this company. Please send me an email for confirmaton or call me at [protected]

I purchased a free sample of ACAIPURE capsules & paid the S & H fee of $4.95. This produst was endorsed by OPRAH so I thought it was safe to buy. When I checked my checking acct. I was charged $44.85 instead. I went on line & found a letter by Caprica Brown & found she had been duped too. I called the number she called but no one answers now. I've left multiple messages and e-mails with no return.

ordered free trial was only to pay shipping. was charged 44.95 for something i did not order. monies were taken from my account have requested on 2 occasions to have monies returned this has not been done. will be contacting the better buisiness bureau.

This company offers a free trial offer for shipping on for $3.95. You have 14 days to return the product otherwise you will be charge $44.90. I never received the free trial and saw the charges showing up on my statement. Spent 2 hours trying to get in contact with someone who them said that the product had been mailed and must have been stolen out of my mailbox. I am still waiting for the charges to be removed.

I answered the ad for a trial preriod of 30 days for $4.95 shipping and handling. Before time was up I started calling their customer service number to cancel with no luck. I checked my account and found that it was debited $4.95 plus $39.95 and an additional $44.90 before the 30 day trial period was up. It has come to the point that I had to cancel my card and have paid additional fees for a replacement card.

I responded to an on-line offer through Borders to try the produce for about $4 shipping. I have not received anything but have been charged $44.85 as an American Express charge. I plan to dispute the charge. Jean McKelvey

I ordered a Free sample bottle for $1.95 shipping on 9-23-08 and am still waiting for the product to arrive. I have tried calling and just get a message saying EVERYONE is busy and to call back later!
Well that doesn't work as I get no one LATER. I have tried to email to: support@centralcoastnutra.net---this gets me NO- WHERE!
Please cancel my NOT RECIEVED order and refund the 1.95.

I ordered Acaipure on October 2nd and when I checked my credit card bill today, there is a charge for $44.85. The price I was quotede was $4.95 not $44.85. I want this removed immediately and CANCEL my order IMMEDIATELY.

This is not what the offer said, this is not what I wanted, have emailed-no contact, phone worthless unless you want to hold all day. Obviously, I am not the only yokel that has been taken. Should have known better but feel they should not be allowed to continue to do business in this fashion.

I ordered trial size of acaipure but was charged full price on my credit card. Product has not been received.

I never received the product and my credit card was charged within 2 days of the order $44.85. I checked the Better Business Bureau in Arizona and this company is not accredited with BBB in Arizona, they have a Unsatisfactory rating, along with 169 complaints in the last 36 months. EMAIL COMPLAINTS OPRAH, CNN AND ALL OTHER SUPPORTERS!

I RECEIVED A CHARGE OF $41.85 THAT I DID NOT APPROVE OR EVEN ORDER ANYTHING BUT MAYBE A FREE SAMPLE PLUS SHIIPING. PLEASE RETURN THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT OR I WILL PROCEED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. I HAVE TRIED TO PHONE YOU BUT I AM UNABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE.

Also ripped off! charged way more than the 1.00 initial trial as promised. sent items i did not order and billed long before product arrived. am trying to discontinue but as of right now no contact! do not get involved with this group!

BILLED $44.85 AND WAS ADVERTISED $4.95. I HAVE TAKEN 5 PILLS AND HAVE HAD SEVERE HEADACHES THAT HAVE WORSENED. I QUIT TAKING LAST NIGHT AND TODAY...NO HEADACHE. THIS WAS A TOTAL SCAM ESPECIALLY GETTING CHARGED 44.85 VS 4.95.
I EXPECT A FULL REFUND AND THE PRODUCT IS WAITING FOR AN RMA#. I WILL AWAIT YOUR REPLY ASAP.

I visited their website responding to a free sample and only pay S & H. S&H was $5.95 so I declined and it came back stating would you pay $1.95 S & H and I said yes. I now find a $41.85 charge on my Master Card and tried calling the # my credit card company gave me [protected]. There is no way anyone will get a response from these folks, just listen to all the gibberish on their message. Sounds like a scam to me.

They advertised a trial for $4.95 and I just got charged $44.95
Called cannot get a person, hangs up on me. I am calling my bank and betterbusiness bureau.

I ordered a free sample of Acai Pure. I did not sign up for monthly shipments. I have refused 2 shipments for which I have yet to receive credit on credit card. I called for the 3rd time today to cancel what I did not order. There has to be a way to shut this company down.

I ordered a free trial offer for the cost of the shipping. They sent me out a full bottle and charged me for the full supply, in order to get the refund, I have to send back the product with shipping conformation. Why should I have to pay to send them back the product? That should be their loss, not mine.

Ordered the "free trial" from this company. Declined permission for any future billing or shipments of product.

On 11/05/09, my bank account was charged an additional $83.95.

I did not authorize this charge and have received no further product from this company.

I want to cancell my membership because it didn't work. I don't want you guys charge me for this.

ordered a sample bottle of acaipure, paid shipping and handling, ad stated a 30 day trial, was charged 59.95 after ten days, disputed and had name removed from their list. The company refused to return my money. This is so much a scam and I will never again trust websites selling anything!

i emailed company customer service to cancel order before the trail date i rec e-mail saying it was done. my account was charges any way at a great amount than was quoted to me.

i have called and cancelled and have asked for the return of my money. they said my subscription was cancelled and that was on the 24th of april. on the 27th of april, they have removed $44.90 x 2 out my account even after i cancelled. i need help on stopping these crooks. i want my money and i will definitely sue.

A Scam! I ordered free trail for 4.95 and cancelled my order after recieving free trial. I was still charged 39.95 after cancelling. NO remorse from company. they told me I didn't cancel. This is a shame and disgrace to take innocent, hard working people money.

You are led to believe that you are getting a trial offer and then you are charged 44.50 for (extra products that you never receive). It is false advertising - Oprah beware!

They advertise a "free Trial" for $4.95 and you can cancel within 14 days. Then they charge you $39.95 anyway. They say you got the fourteen days free, not the product free. This is a scam. Stay away.

verification from the PO tha t it was delivered, but
