24-7 Ride / cancelled ride to lax 15 minutes before pick up

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a shuttle service. I had to help my elderly mother in Kansas move into an assisted living home after the sudden death of my brother who cared for her and was flying out of LAX. I live 2 hours away from LAX. 24/7 Ride assured me there would be no problem as this was critical. 15 minutes before my shuttle was to pick me up I got a call from them saying they were cancelling the ride! I live 2 hours from LAX. By the time I was finally able to get there after paying a friend, I had to be put on another flight, which caused my pick up ride at the Kansas City airport to be cancelled. The shuttle driver said
his gas pump went out and I should be glad this did not happen on the freeway; when I protested, he said he would talk to management to get me another ride but kept me on hold. He then offered a 15% discount on a future ride...as if. Then asked me how I got their number. They charged me for the ride anyway and will not return my money; I will be seeking legal recourse.
