Hello everyone, i will send this problem to continue 5 months but no one give me reply why,

please share me head office email id so i can share a complain mail for the air bag issue. Now i cannot bear the problem much so please. I'm sending msg again and agian since 5 month but no one take action about this , if there is any major problem due to this airbag symble then prem motor jaipur will be responsible tomorrow , i'll send a formal letter to the same problem.

Problem - floor wiring kit damage then anytime shown airbag sysmble.

but all problem i clear but last airbag problem i can't bear this problem because this is major problem so please clear another i want head office email id ?

Given my car for paint and service on 04/07/2022

In sector 18 Prem motors body shop till today 02/08/2022 they will not able to deliver my car they also broke my car tail light and also lost my headlight led the paint work done by workshop is really pathetic for more than three times i went to take delivery for my car but they will not deliver they need more time

Before handing over me my vehicle service engineer asked me to pay the bill and give feedback. Time given me to receive the vehicle was 6:30 but they hand over me the vehicle at 8:30 when all the staff left the prem motors campus.
After paying the bill as i got my car i checked from my hand i found some issues of headlight not working and problem within engine which was found unrecovered.
They didn't hasistate in asking for expense but also tries to add more amount as much they can by offering gifts and [censored]!

So finally i am in doubtful situation whether the work done by engineers is really done or not or just a formality they did.
No concession in expenses charged by prem motors is considered but customer should consider than irresponsible working.

Kind of irresponsibility done from such a repotated organization is very shameful!
Please take of service you provide to customers for better reach and aiming high!

Time was given 6:30pm and at present i am at prem motors!

I have a alto k 10. Few days ago I went to service center for service my alto car at your kotputli centre and I had also repaired my front glass by them. But when they repaired my car's glass then they damage my front glass upper side cover also. I complained about it to service center employee then he ensured to me that he will change it after available in service center within about 4 to 5 days. But after many time pursuance it is not changed till now. I am very unhappy to your service. My contact no. is [protected], [protected]

Today i go to Prem Motors Service Station(M. G. Road Opposite Agra College, Agra) for my car service. I stand their for more than 1hour but no one came to receive my car for service. Then i complaint about this at service counter also but no one listen to my complaint. So i told them that i am taking back my car without service if no one taking my car then also they did not listen to my complaint. They told me you take your car back.

I own a Maruti Swift Lxi bearing Reg No: HR26BR1368, I'm facing the problem of brake hardness as at times at slow speed in city conditions, the brake pedal doesn't work and it seems as if it will hit somewhere, which is extremely dangerous.

At times, I have to take my old parents to hospital.etc, in which case the car is absolutely not dependable. In the last one year, I visited a number of times to Prem Motors, MG Road, GGN. and was advised for software updation, which absolutely failed to work.

Now, since 17-09-2017, the car is with Prem Motors for the concerned reasons and I have not been handed over the car yet.

Please let me know where the problem lies, whether it is a manufacturing defect or incompetency of Prem Motors to handle the defect/problem.

I kept my car vitara breeza zdi plus in insurance at prem motors e101, road no.8, vki area, sikar road, jaipur branch and they have taken out the key less function of dicky door and when I called them and asked they told me company in not providing such kind of function as I m using this car from last 7months I want to claim this thing asap I want them to shortout this issue.

I got my car seviced using their pickup service, they have stolen my memory card of navigation and left the seats unpacked. Also they told me to deliver the car by 12 pm but got it at 6 pm after calling advisor for 30 times. Service advisor was also not at all reasonable in his behavior. I would not recommend this center for car services. They haven't resolved my query after calling them for 4 days.

I got my car serviced from prem motors workshop and i found the indicator and fog lights were not working. Also later on I found that one of the wiper was also not working.
No checks were done by the workshop people before delivering the car.
Before giving for service indicator, fog light and wiper were in working condition.
This shows how negligent the people there are.
You give your car for service for one problem and be prepared to face another one.
Please see to this.

I found some sound problem in my Baleno Nexa. I book a complain and executive pick the car to service centre, from their he asked with sound system provider " Minda" about the complaint.
executive take out the stereo and send to sound company.
their they found a coin in CD player .they repair it and charge 600 Rs. for me as a service charge and gave me a piece of hand written paper.
Prem motors executive take the stereo and fix in the car, he used tools very unprofessional way and lots of dents put in to the stereo. it looks very ugly.

Service is not satisfied with delay, adviser and manager not responded after 7days car in service center but they let me wait full day for delivery
I visited 12:30 pm for delivery my car RJ14 CV 4717 after 7 days the service was not good and when I paid full amount the car was not washed and cleaned. For I waited 3 three hours and their service man misbehaved and misguided me still when amount is paid some work pending.

I just had my car serviced from Prem Motors Okhla outlet and the experience is horrifying. The staff is ill mannered and sent me wrong bill then they forget to bring my original documents at my place. And also they have misplaced the car gear lock. I have been a loyal customer since past three years but its sad that i won't recommend the services of prem motors to anyone. They are ill mannered and irresponsible people to whom we shouldn't trust with our vehicles. Regards, Nikita Garg

your service center prem motors pvt ltd v.k.i area suggested me to get change the oil to fully synthetic engine oil and told me all its benefits and also said that it will have to replace after running 20000 km. from the date of change.
i got changed engine oil on my first service of my car on 05/01/2011, that time the km of the car was 1041 kms.through the bill no. BR10002339 dated 05/01/2011
part no. M1708000206 FULLY SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL
bill amount 3335 Rs.
after that i got all service done as per schedule,
but on 26/08/2011 i sent my car for allignment and washing and to check other things as that day your dealer service center was organizing free check up camp.
service adviser accepted the car and wrote that the engine oil has to be changed. when my driver came back and showed me the job sheet i was shocked that how the engine oil needs to change i.e. earlier i was told that it will run 20000kms but this day the kms of the car was 16103 that shows that the car runed for 15062 kms in synthetics oil.
i called the advisor and he told that its the diesel car and the life of fully synthetic oil is 15000 kms in diesel, when i said that i was told earlier that it has to be changed after 20000kms then he told that earlier you was given wrong information.
i asked him not change the oil without my permission and i will call you after 1 hr after confirming from other service centre and i disconnected the phone.
I called up the vipul motors (p) ltd service center at jhotwara jaipur and talked to service department about the life of fully synthetics engine oil and they said that its 20000 kms for diesel engine.
I again confirmed from another service center and he also told 20000 kms.
And i called back to service adviser of prem motors pvt ltd v.k.i area and told that allthe other service center are telling 20000 kms so plz dont change the oil he replied that the oil has been changed and the car is in washing and will be ready in 1 hr.

Is it the service maruti provides, after saying not to change the oil without my permission your dealer changed the oil.
Its shows that the service centers needs their commission on parts and they will go on changing them without confirmation from owners.
I am very disappointed
I need why this has been done or this is the policy.
Then why maruti is claiming for best service network when their authorized dealer service center do like this.
please reply that why they changed the oil?
Does maruti wants to sell the car without customer satisfaction?
or
Customer has no valus in front of maruti dealer service center?

i am attaching both the bills for your persual.
very much dis appointed, will never go to maruti for future services
