Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] review: not getting my change back after purchase of item/then worker getting rude

This check cashing place is the worst ever and has been that way for years! the women that work there are rude and are always talking to one another and not paying attention to what is going on. I went there on 1/17/2020 and asked for a $25 money order, I had to repeatedly ask for a money order because she was talking and didn't hear me, after I paid for the money order I was owed 67 cents back and she didn't give me my change back, when I informed her of her mistake she caught a attitude with me saying oh I thought I gave it to you and I stated no you didn't, she responded by saying well it's only 67 cents. this place is dirty and the workers are "always" rude. It's sad this place is still open after so many years with these rude workers, I haven't went to them in over 8 years and it's because of things like this, I go in today for something simple after not going all these years and and boom this happens. When will the workers be discipline for their rude and unprofessional actions?
