I purchased a money order from the Bergen Ave, Jersey City, NJ location to pay my rent. My management office told me they couldn’t process it stating funds failed. I went back to the Bergen Ave location where I purchased it. The cashier stated to me CFSC money orders don’t work and she don’t have to tell me. When I puschased it, she made me sign up for the check cashing services to get my money back. For the money order then charged me $20 to cash the money order to get my money back. So there for I lost $20

Claimed loss: I lost $20 plus my rental late fee of $35

Desired outcome: I desire to get my $55 back and an apology for the embarrassment I incurred from this terrible situation
