Community Financial Service Centers [CFSC] review: Check cashing

I had gone to school to pick up a government check and I had taken it to the check cashing place near me. As I walk in and stand in line once I am called the lady seen my check and she did something she checked it and said she was unable to change my check because she alleged that someone check bounced back which had nothing to do with me. She failed to ask me for my school ID and for proof so she can proceed with cashing my check she then looked up something and put a stamp on the back of my school ASA College check that said cancel endorsement, she failed to realize that the check has a security protection feature and is that the check has an icon than when it feels the heat it disappears is a security feature. I guess she didn't know what she was doing she was very rude and very imprudent and unprofessional and yes there is a lot of fraud going on but she should be well aware of the job she has to do and able to recognize what's real and fake being that she is working in a cashing place she should have enough knowledge to not embarrass someone in front of people.
