It's appalling that this company can continue to rip people off after reading the other reviews. I too was completely scammed while trying to find my elderly mother new shoes for her bunions. Other sites offered full returns/exchanges and this site just flowed right in with them. So by the time I searched here, I was an easy target of assuming they'd have similar policies. I'm in the process of getting details for an exchange, but based on what I read here, that isn't going to happen.
