I thought, “This must be THE place to get my dress!” I was also impressed with the wide variety of colors to choose from. To be fair, I must share that the company did reimburse the charge to get my dress altered locally. They were also very courteous and helpful when I spoke with them about the issue. Because of their customer service, I am changing my review from one star to three stars. However, I want to make sure that everyone is aware of the issues I experienced with regards to the measurements. Be careful when ordering from this company.

I've had an experience with ColorsBridesmaid.com before, and they were pretty good with customer service and stuff, so I thought I'd give them another go when it came to picking out bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. Some of my friends have also gone through the site for their own weddings, and they didn't seem to have any issues. I opted for the Jane style for my six bridesmaids, and while most of them did manage to get their dresses before the expected delivery date, that was about the only good thing that happened with this whole experience.

Out of the six dresses I ordered, three of them were too big for their respective bridesmaids.
