I got a dress in the wrong size. I was very frustrated. I ordered it for my cousin's wedding. But it as so small, not even the XS, much smaller. Do people who would wear it really exist? It's a bridesmaid dress for a child. For real.
But the website refuses to refund blaming me for using their charts in a wrong way. Excuse me, but I'm aware of my measures and not that stupid to order something absolutely different, counting that I wear the M size. I checked my order on the website and I can confidently say that I ordered the right size. it was you who confused everything and sent me a piece of crap. They didn't refund. I'm sorry, but you will have to or I will take the needed measures against a scam.
No information about shipping
I have ordered five bridesmaid dresses and paid for everything. I even paid for shipping and expected fast delivery.
After I paid I checked my mail and was surprised to see that there was no payment confirmation. Contacted Okbridalshop and they said that I'll get it later. One week passed and I contacted them again because there was still no confirmation, no information about shipping and no tracking number.
I asked them what was going on and when will I get all the information and they said "later" again! Still order, no nothing. I don't know what to do and I'm pretty nervous.
Fault info and seller doesn't communicate with the clients
Customers, be aware! The website www.okbridalshop.com is fake and big scam. They offered things, but they provide completely horrible things .You see one thing on the pics, but in result you got completely rubbish and nothing more. If you buy from them, the seller provides fault confirmation info and after that stops to communicate with you. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
I don't think you are right, we bought 7 bridesmaid dresses from them, all fit well, all information they reply with me so quickly, I didn't feel uncomfortable there, I don't know why you said they are fake and scam, I get what I want finally after all.
