The dress fits perfectly and is extremely lovely. The only complaint is that it was not made of cotton or a comparable material. That's how I feel about dresses, lol. I hope I can find something better than this. Of course, I'll place more orders. The vendor was excellent and polite, and my purchase was shipped as soon as they confirmed my size. Deserves a 5 star.

when it comes to customer service. I had a really bad experience with this company, Dressafford. Honestly, the dress I received looked like it was made from old curtains. The material was so cheap and the stitching was all over the place. It really was disappointing to spend so much money and end up with something that was barely wearable.

So, I took a chance and ordered a wedding dress from Dressafford. I mean, the dresses on their site were stunning and affordable! But...there was a problem. The size chart was only made for giraffes, not humans like myself. I'm only 5.3 feet tall, y'all!

So, I reached out to the customer service people and they suggested I order a customized size. I was a bit nervous because they said no returns, but I figured it would be worth it to have a dress that fit me like a glove on my special day.

Uh, NOPE. The dress was way too big in the chest area, y'all. As you can see from the pics I've attached, it was hanging off of me like a potato sack. I had to take it to a tailor and they charged me over $300 to make it fit. When I told Dressafford about all of this mess, they offered me a pathetic $10 refund. Can you believe it?!

And to add insult to injury, the dress arrived with not one, but TWO dirty spots on it. I had to shell out even more money to get it dry cleaned. In the end, it just wasn't worth it. I had to throw the dress away and order a new one from somewhere else.

To make matters worse, the dress looked absolutely nothing like what I had seen in the picture on their website.

Feeling frustrated and annoyed, I decided to reach out to their customer support team. After exchanging emails, they told me that they were sorry about the stain and offered me a measly 10% refund. In the case that I returned the dress entirely, they would only refund me 80% of the amount and I had to pay for the shipping back to China.

I mean, I understand that ordering a wedding dress online is a bit of a gamble, but this was just terrible. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Not only did the dress look nothing like the picture, but their customer service team was rude and unprofessional. And what's worse is that there's no phone number to call, just an email address. They even had the nerve to say I had to get a professional tailor to measure the dress! Like, who has time and money for that? All the proof was in the dang pictures, y'all! And now they won't even refund me for the dress, no matter what I do. So let me just say, don't even bother ordering from this company unless you want to risk getting screwed over. Sure, the prices might be cheap, but so is the quality, honey! Buyer beware, y'all! You best believe I won't be shopping with Dressafford again.

It's like they just copy and pasted their own reviews!

And just when I thought everything was fine, I received two emails on the same day. One email reassured me that my dresses would arrive on time, and the next email, one hour later, said that the material for BOTH of my dresses was out of stock. What are the chances? And just like that, they offered me a refund, leaving me with no wedding dresses and no time to find someone else to make them.

I can't help but feel like they should have informed me much earlier that they were unable to fulfill orders due to the virus, rather than giving me the excuse that the material was out of stock. I mean, if that's really the case, then they must be out of stock for most of their dresses! It's just not believable. I have to admit, the reduced price was too good to be true, and I definitely learned my lesson.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Dressafford. Their customer service was not up to par, and their excuses seemed more like lies than actual reasons. I would not recommend them to anyone.

But what I received was nothing like the picture. The lace was different and the fabric underneath was stiff and honestly, just plain ugly. It felt like they were trying to copy a legitimate dress and send it to me.

Now, here's where it gets even worse. Their return policy is a hot mess. Sure, you can return it, but they deduct 50% of the cost plus shipping (which all the way from China cost me a whopping $78!) and some "additional" fees. So, if the dress cost $202, I would end up with nothing! The only way to get even half of your money back is if you donate the dress to a charity of their choice and provide a donation receipt dated within 7 days of telling them you're donating it. But come on, how am I supposed to get a receipt that quickly? It's just not feasible.

On the upside, the people who emailed me were nice and responsive, but the policies are just not practical. And to top it all off, when I tried to upload a photo of the dress from their website to this review, it wouldn't even upload! It's just all so frustrating.

Bottom line, if you're okay with the no-refund policy and possible disappointment of not receiving what you ordered, then go ahead and give Dressafford a try. But personally, I wouldn't recommend it.
