I received a collection on my credit from this business. No one has ever tried to contact me about this account. The collection for this account was for Ridgewood Apts, which I moved out of on Sept 2017. There were no damages recorded upon my move out. I received the collection notice on Feb 2020. No one has ever tried to contact me regarding this collection, which is over $2,000. I have since contacted the apartment complex and they have no record of this account. I never received my deposit back also.

This is from a hospital bill from May 11. I've tried contacting them and finding out who it's for I'm not even sure what it's for only thing I know for sure is it's a medical bill and I had Medicaid at the time and did a dispute telling them I had Medicaid at the time and it should've been filled with my Medicaid I was also pregnant at the time so I'm not sure what this bill is and why it wasn't sent to my insurance and I would like it removed from my credit since it's wrongfully on my credit report

I was calling to get infomation in requards to a account with them. I got a collector and asked for inline info and account number for the account all she did was asked my name and middle inital...did not verify if I was that person or ss# address or dob just gave the name of the company owed...that could have been anyone calling in and using my name and that voilated my privacy and HIPAA there are requirements to go over info in a collection agency I know my rights and there needs to be something done about it.

I paid off this collection on 9/24, they said they report every week. it hasn't been reported. I paid the full $208 amount due for the collection on 9/24, they told me they reported to the bureaus every friday, to this day it say's UNPAID, and very active on my report. My lender just did a rapid rescore and yet it still says the same unpaid and active. So they didn't report as said. I filed a comlpaint with them on CFPB and they said if the problem still persists contact them. I did and the problem never resolved.

This company has filed four separate updates categorizing an account as "in collections" Each update is for the EXACT same amount because it's for the EXACT same charge on file. The issue is that alongside damaging my credit rating, this company has not attempted to contact me by phone, e-mail, letter, or any other method. They are simply repeatedly damaging my credit score for an unknown reason and this is unacceptable. I want this company to contact me, my e-mail is available in this report, and I want the 4 extraneous changes to my credit report removed.

03/22 I received a derogatory comment that is in collections that I've never seen before on my credit report in March . I have tried contacting the company multiple times, requesting a copy of the statement. I would like to receive a copy of the statement for any outstanding account. I am not sure if this business is legitimate. If there is a valid account which needs to be paid, I am willing to have it resolved, once I receive the proper payoff information documented, and a receipt for the transaction. I do not believe this is legitimate because I have health insurance through the government but this is effecting my credit score. Product_Or_Service: Health care

This company is reporting fraudulent information on my credit profile. I have written and disputed this company regarding account# XXXXXXXXXXXX and told them that this account is fraudulent and doesn't belong to me. I asked them for a debt validation on this fraud account and asked them to cease and desist reporting this fraud account. To no avail, this company has refused to send me the contract on this fraud account where I signed. They have also continued to report this account. I refuse to pay an account that I have not made. I never made an account with Collection Bureau and request they remove this fraud account from my credit file. failure to remove this account will result in a civil suit. Please govern yourselves accordingly.

I have disputed my charges during the period of February-April. They were removed and then replaced again. No one can verify said accounts. I disputed several collection accounts from creditor COLLBURFTWB dated 8/14, 1/19 and 10/23 during a period of February - April . They were removed but came back last week. I called the collection bureau directly and was told to call the original creditor which is ST ANDREWS BAY ER PHYSICIAN. The original creditor said they have no record of any accounts before the year of 2016. I tried contacting COLLBURFTWB again and they said it only be deleted by the original creditor. If they have no record than they need to be deleted from my credit file immediately. COLLBURFTWB says they have no record of any disputes as well.

On August 24, I noticed that my credit score had gone from over 800 to 686. Looking into this, I found that Collection Bureau of Ft. Walton Beach had placed Adverse information on my Credit Report from an account that was in dispute. This account was part of a Worker's Comp claim from September , a charge that my employer was responsible for. The Worker's Comp company paid the bill in November , but Collection Bureau of Ft. Walton Beach did not show the adjustments made to the account until after posting to my Credit Report on August 24. When contacted, Collection Bureau of Ft. Walton Beach stated they would not begin the process of removing this from my account until August 30, and that it could take up to 30 days after that for this Adverse Information to come off my Credit Report.

COLLECTION BUREAU OF FWB 711 EGLIN PKWY NE FT WALTON BEACH FL XXXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX FILED A REPORT ON MY CREDIT STATING I OWE MONEY FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS SETTLED IN 2014. THIS COMPANY (NEUROPAIN) IS UNDER FEDERAL INVESTIGATION AND WAS SHUT DOWN BY THE FBI LAST MONTH. I NOW CAN'T GET ANYONE TO ANSWER AT THE CREDIT BUREAU AND NO CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE BUSINESS THEY ARE REPORTING I OWE MONEY TO. I WANT THIS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY. THE CREDIT BUREAU DID ADMIT THEY HAVE RECORD OF ME SETTLING MY ACCOUNT IN 2014 BUT STATED THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO REMOVE IT SINCE THEY HAVE NO CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE BUSINESS THAT IS NOW CLOSED. THE CREDIT BUREAU WAS SUPPOSED TO EMAIL THE DOCUMENTATION THEY HAD BUT NEVER DID IT AND WHEN I TRIED TO EMAIL THEM WITH THE CONTACT INFORMATION THEY PROVIDED TO ME IT BOUNCED BACK AND SAID IT WAS AN INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS.

I received 3 Collections from this creditor back in 2018. I have tried to contact them multiple times only to be transferred from one area to another I have received 3 collections on my credit report from this creditor back in 2018 none of which are mine! And I can prove this. They where all in the same amount of $554 on the exact same day. I have tried to reach out to them several times over the years and have had them removed from my credit report several times but they keep comeing back! I can never get ahold of anyone by phone only get transferred from one area to the next to a voicemail box that is conveniently full. I have sent letters and also made reports about them like to the FTC! I have had multiple friends have this same issue with this "company" all which where fraudulent and resolved one who had everything the same down to the $ amount. My next step after this is to take Legal action this is Ruining my credit, setting me back from buying a home, and it's not even anything I owe. A friend of mine did research and this is a ongoing problem for thousands of people from this creditor! This is identity theft and fraud!

The Collection Bureau of Fort Walton Beach is providing inaccurate information to the credit reporting agencies, and in violation of the FCRA. I am writing to file a formal complaint againts this collection agency for violating my rights under the FCRA. In April , I became aware of a collection account placed on my credit report in the amount of $143. The original creditor is listed as MHC Inc. I was not previously provided written correspondence from this collection agency in order to validate this debt, or in attempt to collect the debt; but became aware of this derogatory account upon personal review of my credit report. I contacted the agency on 4/13, and spoke with a collector who informed me that this medical collection would be removed from my credit report once the account was settled. I immediately paid the amount in full ($143.94), by MC debit over the phone, and obtained payment confirmation. I waited 30 days for the account to update with the credit reporting agencies, and be removed from my report; however the derogatory account is still showing as an Open Collection with an open balance of $143. I have contacted this agency DAILY curing normal business hours (8-5 EST) since 5/1 at XXX-XXX-XXXX; but have been repeatedly unsuccessful reaching a live person. I've only reached a recording that states "You are the caller in line," and then eventually says no one is available to take my call and asks me to enter a callback number; but never recognizes my entry. At 45 days later, this is unacceptable, and this erroneous reporting needs to be corrected immediately.

I have been reported to the credit bureau for debt that is not mine. Asked for debt validation. They will not comply. 4 yr old collection debt appeared on our *** report from Collection Bureau of FWB account #XXXXXXX in the amount of $695.00 originator ERA *** Realty. I have no knowledge of this debt and have never been contacted about said debt. I disputed the report with *** and they removed the report. Collection Bureau of FWB immediately then reported it to *** I have disputed with *** several times to no avail. They keep responding that the debt is valid. Collection of FWB is an *** Broker yet *** could not validate the debt. I then sent Collection of FWB a letter asking for validation of debt which they are required to provide. Their response was to send me a letter asking for information and an affidavit requiring a notarized signature giving them permission to obtain financial information. They also stated that if we didn't they would have no further contact with us. I sent a letter informing them that I would certainly not comply with any release of my information. If I owe the debt they should have the information. I again asked them to validate the debt and they have not complied. This is a direct violation of the FDCRA. I called ERA *** and they can't find any record of this debt. I have no idea what information *** could be getting to validate the debt that no one else seems to be able to give. I can only assume that *** investigation is a phone call asking if the debt is valid and recieving a yes it is. This unvalidated debt is ruining our credit and I want it removed immediately otherwise I have no choice but to contact the Attorney General and the FDCRA. I have tried to avoid taking those actions but now see no other alternative. I sent a letter back informing them I would do
