August 6th I transfer tether erc-10 $1,100 to my coin me wallet. Within 15 minutes of sending the transaction was confirmed on blockchair. I reached out to customer service and they keep giving automated answers and saying that It was given to a senior rep and escalated now we are on day 9 and I have been blocked for sending messages. I literally have to sign out and go into the chat and then I can create a new chat. I have filed complaint with BBB, Trustpilot, pissed off consumer, attorney general.. My case is 606. I was referred by Kraken to file a police report and I just havent done it yet. But if its not resolved in one more day thats my only recourse.

Desired outcome: For my funds to be sent to my wallet like they show on blockchair

Transfer from Kraken to Coinme wallet 5 days ago. Still just keep getting automated answer from fake customser service reps. They have held almost $1,100 now for 5 days even though it was confirmed with in 15 minutes on blockchair. There are no managers, no protocol for escalation just the same automatic response. All they do is keep changing the reps name. case 606. Still no word coinme
