Yesterday I purchased Bitcoin and got a voucher for 800 dollars and it needs to be redeemed and sent to the place I need to send it to. My account wasn't locked prior to me purchasing the Bitcoin voucher. My account needs to be unlocked right now. I have contacted coinme multiple times and all I have received is rude service. Invalid Bitcoin Wallet
This app has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve only been able to make one successful transaction since I’ve downloaded the app; I have attempted many. I recently checked my Bitcoin wallet on Blockchain, and it appears my Bitcoin wallet (that was given to me by CoinMe) is invalid.
I will be switching to a different app, for sure.

I bought a Bitcoin and it’s been stuck on the app up till this moment . I can’t send it out, it keeps bouncing and returning to the wallet. I tried the next day and the said “app not supported in your region, it’s only supported in the United States” I live in the United States fffsss! Chatted the customer care and she ended the chat on me!

Can't eat don't use this app
I currently cannot eat or buy groceries as my etherum transaction that was sent t me never showed up in my account. There is no sense of urgency to fix this situation or any of the others I have read about. The financial impact of this for me is debating as I have two kids. [protected] here is my case number where she basically told me she has no idea when this will be fixed I just read 8 plus days. I have no money until I get this

Needs more work
1st off the app and website will definitely delete your debit cards . I had 2 cards and they have been cleared off my account and I never had issues. 2 sorry customer service with calling and chatting . MoneyGram dose not work and ppl are not trained on how to do it from the teller side and it’s always down. If things worked this would be a good app and crypto wallet. Need more ways to transfer money and crypto and lower gas fees. Will have to find a app like this that is easier plus safe to do local business.

It’s good to invest but do it the right way ,i was scammed and was able to recover my capital through the help of Taurusinvestigation. com he enlightened me more and i’ve been more careful since then .
Coinme is a complete scam. I've been trying to get an answer from somebody but they just ignore you. I'm out 250 dollars because of their negligence. Do not use coinme.
