Coinme DO NOT USE!

They straight up steal your money. They will “send” your bitcoin and when you go check the blockchain or where you were sending it. They won’t get it but Coinme will take your bitcoin out your account and never send it. And then won’t respond when you contact their support. Horrible app, don’t use. You will be ripped off. Haven’t heard anything from Coinme support after constant messages and calls. Worst app ever. They will steal your money and not respond to emails or phone calls.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Coinme Bitcoins didn’t show it my account

A friend transferred bitcoins from his wallet to my Coinme wallet. It got completed on his end and I didn’t get bitcoins. I checked thoroughly if I made a mistake in the wallet but everything was correct. I didn’t get bitcoins. I contacted customer care and they listen the first time. Now I called and they hanged up, I sent a message online and they ended the chat. Looking at the paradigms of the situation. It’s coinme’s fault. Because I gave a different wallet and my friend was able to send bitcoins. My case number is [protected]

Coinme I Can’t redeem my voucher

Coinme is a pain..I can’t redeem my vouchers I still have my account and I can login I put in the correct number on my account when buying the vouchers but anytime I try to redeem the vouchers it keep on saying unable to complete redemption because it would exceed the 30 days spending limit of $30000..I should try again later and when I do it keep on repeating itself..I login into my account and I’ve not bought up to $30000 in the past 30 days..why is this happening..I need my bitcoin in my wallet please Coinme should fix this..hope to hear a response soon thanks

Coinme Site functionality and customer service racing to the bottom

I’ve mostly been happy with the site. But on the 9th of October I bought BTC and redeemed the voucher. But no funds went to my wallet. I chatted with customer service multiple times that day only to have each one tell me how intensely sad they were about my situation, but they were having “technical difficulties” and to just check back later in the day and everything would be great. I deduced the technical difficulties without them telling me. And I kept logging in for four days. No $ until the 13th of October.

So I try to log into my account today (the 13th). ERROR! My username and pw are wrong. They’re not. I try to reset pw. Can’t do that either. But an incredibly explanatory page banner saying I MIGHT not be able to log in, and they are investigating. Vague explanations are about as valuable as not telling me anything.

I will say that the reps in the chat are ALWAYS super-nice. Just not armed with much knowledge of current coinme events.

Coinme Two weeks and no response or answer

I wish I could give this negative stars.Maybe if I could get the hundred dollars worth of bitcoin that they overcharged me (more than THREE GRAND over literally any market price on this planet) I could buy a negative star from the apple store. Oh wait I can’t because their authentication system crapped out trying after 3 tries failing to read my ID versus my selfie to verify who I am and I cannot get an account with my number now without contacting someone and their phone lines are just an answering machine that says we’re under great stress… So many calls… Like their Frontline workers using a tagline. And their website doesn’t even have a ghetto automated “we will help you robot” it says it’s under construction and that I can talk with a PERSON on the phone… But nope.

In response, I’d love to add a case number but this Is literally the first response I’ve had with anything so my phone number is [protected] just unlock my account so I can verify my ID so I can get my money and never talk to your company again

Coinme Bunch of criminals

Don’t use their Services, don’t are liars, I bought bitcoin with them for $380 dollars and when I wanted to create an account so that I can redeem my bitcoins, they didn’t let me create account and after contacting them for so many days they replied me and told me that they are going to work on it and they didn’t get back to me for over a week and when I contacted them again they told me that I will not be able to create an account with them and they said that they are going to mail my check to my mail and send me a tracking number but before they do that, my case will be forwarded to accounting department for review which will last for 15-30 business days and if account department approved my case my money will be mail back to me.
I waited for 3 weeks and they later emailed me and told me that account department have approved my case and a check will be mail to me between 7-10 business days.
And then I started waiting again and after 7 working business days again I contacted them and that’s when they replied me and told me that very day that my check have been prepared and it will be mailed to me that very day which would take 3-5 business days to arrive to me and if it does not arrive to me after 30 days then I should contact them again and since then they didn’t send me the check they promised me and they didn’t reply me back. I have contacted them everywhere but they don’t reply me.
They were just giving me unnecessary hopes, they are scammers and they will take your hard earn money don’t buy bitcoin on their machine or create accounts with them. I have learn my lessons from them.

Coinme Wish there was a ZERO STAR option

This is the absolute worst customer service, and company I have EVER experienced! to start. My account had my old work cell phone number on it and since I’ve gotten a new phone, I forgot this, so I am unable to redeem my voucher. This is a $600 voucher… I have reached out via email along with the support chat on at least six occasions over the last four days and have heard nothing back. Regarding the Customer chat, I have literally been basically hung up on by every single agent before they have even finished my conversation and they resolve nothing they just in the chat whenever they feel like it, the last time I went to get on because I had a question and I was uploading the selfie they asked me to take. Message waiting for chat agent said “You are next in line…Please be patient” I was next in line for 52 minutes…

This led me to test this out on my computer and initiated chat with made up credentials and guess what! I was answered within 1 minute! I work in sales/customer service industry and I WOULD NEVER TREAT SOMEONE THIS WAY…they are clearly just SCREENING ME.

You can’t just ignore people and they go away…or I DONT not when it has to do with my money!

So I just finally reached out to the ComplaintsBoard.com and the FTC (know someone very well that works at FTC).

I was informed that if don’t hear back within the next 24 hours they will provide assistance and help me to proceed with the next best course of action.

I mean I just have never heard of people being this blatantly rude in this incredibly horrible to customers. I will literally not stop until I get my money back so I don’t care what I have to do but

I just wanted to forewarn anybody to not download this app or do anything affiliated with this company.

Coinme Incredibly disappointing - REGRET RECOMMENDING APP TO FRIENDS

FYI - this company is 100% a :
*Remote***CentralizedCryptocurrency Exchange

Coinbase is a centralized exchange but not remote. There able to control & manipulate whatever they want significantly easier and more frequently

For awhile, this CoinMe app seemed to be okay. Randomly at the grocery store & saw a kiosk to buy Bitcoin - the operating system on the kiosk was : CoinMe.
I randomly was asked to be interviewed by their team via FaceTime & I thought that was super neat . . . But wow! It seems all the Negative comments about this app is true.
I wasn’t even going to use them; however, at the store saw the kiosk and regrettably decided to move forward with them.

Logged into my account - all was good.
Purchased $250 worth - all was great.
Everything was going smooth.
I log back on not 20minutes later …. Oh, what happens you ask? …..well let me tell you.

All of a sudden;
CoinMe LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
but wait …there’s more
All of a sudden, the Markets crashing an extra 10%-25%
Lacking a moral compass & it’s official folks, CoinMe = Corrupt
Just another shady sketchy company you here about, taking advantage of their customer base.

And for their wicked response : “oh oh sry *namepls reach out to our support team and we’ll straight that right out… I already did & nothing. ZIP! I even emailed the person that interviewed me 07/2022 only 3 months ago for his aid & assistance.

For those who want to make sure I’m not lying or being over dramatic about this: as I write this, todays date is:
October 13th 2022

The date of my purchase was in the evening of October 12th 2022

By all means, DYI - you can very easily look at the Crypto Market, see what Cryptocurrency CoinMe offers & see a large dump between 10%-25%.

But really, whose to blame, only the customers who’ve downloaded their product. As it’s solely a scam - I should have known better.

Within 2 years time, SEC is my guess.

Coinme A Horror Story! Totally Unbelievable Of CoinME!

I went to a Fred Meyer store in my town and I bought BTC with $380, but the machine would not give me a voucher! At that time only was I able to actually talk to someone at CoinMe I believe it was, though it could’ve been CoinStar, but at any rate, I got back a temporary voucher but it only had a pin number on it, and over the past several weeks, I have chatted with the agents on the CoinMe site and been given different case numbers every time, but I have always mentioned the incident number of the voucher that I got, which I hope will be temporary, but who knows, but I only got that voucher at all because there was a back-and-forth between me and the agent on my phone that they wanted me to do so between them and the stores manager, and ever since then I have been to the chat site at least once or twice a week every week, and I have made phone calls and left messages requesting someone to call me, but no one ever has yet, though I gave them all the information that they needed, and that they told me was needed! Yet, in all of this time, nobody has called me back, even though I spoke very clearly, and gave them all of the information that was requested, I still have never been contacted except maybe twice by emails, and I left them the information there that they wanted, which included a selfie of myself and a photo of my ID, which is my drivers license, and a photo of me, holding my drivers license in my hand, yet, nobody has reached out back to me, and even in one of those photo sets that I have sent them to no avail, I even held the voucher in my other hand, but yet, no one has contacted me back about it! They think I’m just going to give up and forget about ever getting my $380 in a voucher or in a check if need be, back! Well, if they think that, they’re completely wrong! Because I will take this lousy CoinMe to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and I’ll see how much they like that! I am tired of dealing with these so and so’s, and getting nowhere and it’s been far too long for a solution to have been reached! I just want to let you people know that deal with them that you better hope you never fail to get a voucher out of a machine because you’ll be lucky if you ever get a voucher or your money, back! I had also requested that my email address be changed in the account, but the only thing I got back about that was, when we restore your account, it will be because when you will be able to get your voucher, but when is that ever going to happen? As it is, I can’t login or do anything there and they don’t seem like they want to do anything about it! This is the kind of treatment that I would expect to be given in a communist country and not in the United States of America! The case numbers I’ve had to sludge thru are; [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and, [protected]..! The voucher Incident Number is; 165131, but I won’t write the PIN # here..! I still have that “temporary”? Voucher!

For what it’s worth, people, they finally sent me a check, which I’ve cashed, but, they also ended my membership, even though it was entirely their fault, and they refused to give me any explanation as to why they ended my membership! I hope you don’t end up on the same wagon as I ended up on, so, if you don’t get a voucher out of the machine, you’re likely headed down the same road as I did! Find a better outfit to use would be what I would suggest, and make these people suffer financial loss severely so they realize they can’t do this to people and treat us like this!

Coinme Scammed

On January 7 2024 I was scammed. I was called told by my grandson was in jail getting ready to go to trial. Need me to call [protected] who was the attorney by the name of Matthew Robinson. Called back said the bail would be $87000.00. But only had to pay$ 8700.00. cashed a check got the money was puting in the machine when the girls a service desk stopped me. By that time I had put in $3900.00.

I live in Great falls and had the same thing happen to me except they said I would be going to jail if I didn't pay the the 10% on the two warrants I had out for my arrest both at $10,000 so they wanted $2000.

They had me stay on the phone with them the whole time from the house to the bank to the coinstar.

They got $1700. But just to add they had a ton of information like they now do a ton of homework before calling and not only that but they use a local number to do it and made up a voicemail to call back saying "This is sheriff Cunningham from the cascade police department". They are getting really tricky so my advise to everyone is be safe and ANY red flags shouldn't be ignored.

I also just reached out to coin me and am not expecting to get my money back.

wont send my verification tx hash to view on the explorer for my $1000 send. no transaction hash just their own transaction id. company i sent it to cant find it as received and its been a week now. they responded to an error i had in the ticket i orignally submitted. their chat does not allow you to follow up; you submit the ticket and are held hostage until who knows when. 5 days my new ticket is unopened. ive called their HQ because they done away with phone support completely and have sent numerous emails. outright fraud.

I transferred a little over 6000 matic into my coinme account. Copy and paste paste tje wallet. Verified the address.

3 months later so many emails

No resolution. Chat support useless.

Their form to provide information has no explanation of what they are wanting

Coinme I sent my Bitcoin to my other wallet and it never got there.

I sent 46 dollars using coinme and I sent it to my other wallet but it never got there and they won't do a refund .so I sent it around 11 am on the 28 and I was thinking that it was gonna be smooth and easy like the other apps but it wasn't this time my money was just gone and they won't do any refund of any kind and that's not right there should be a way to get your money back somehow.

Coinme Missing BTC Funds

For the second time in three days, I have had BTC sent to my Coinme wallet. The transaction has been completed and confirmed multiple times on blockchain but never made it to my wallet. This appears to be a common practice as they either are using toy funds for trading or they have stolen them. What make it worse if that Coinme has a phony chat message platform. There is no one to message…only bots. After you start one message which is answered by the bot you are not allowed to send other messages. They never respond…ever. This is a fraudulent company that needs to be investigated.

Coinme Credits

So I had purchased a lot of bitcoin using the kiosk machine and I have one voucher that I can’t redeem and 6 transactions where the coins was token out of my account but failed for a total including the voucher is $506.79 that I have been waiting since sept of this year and now I just notice I missing funds from my account from bitcoin I received. So if I received 706.37 and then sold with fees of $408.48 and then sent $37.92, $6.55 and $80.38 that should leave my account with $171.81. So now the grand total $678.60 Ticket number 8907 for the voucher

Coinme Depositing from external wallet

Why does it show my matic transfer was successful, shows the balance in my wallet on block explorer, but shows $0.00 on coinme?

I've tried contacting customer service several times but have heard nothing.

This is bizarre as buying through coinme is seamless and takes seconds, yet here I am hours later with nothing from the company.

I just want an answer from their support. They dont even list their email on their site and I had to find it by other means. Oh and the live chat is absolutely useless and ends immediately.

Try to open another and it prohibits you from doing so.

Coinme Bitcoin deposits into wallet that never happen

On September 13th 2023 I had $400 in bitcoins sent to my coinme wallet. It was confirmed on the blockchain at 8:50 pm on tbe 13th. I still don't have my vitcoins a month later. I have chatted at least 15 times and never get anybody to chat with. I have emailed them at least 10 times. All they say is go to chat bit that won't work. Then they say they are escalating my issue to a senior account specialist and nobody gets back to me. Then I get a email saying my issue has been resolved and my bitcoins are in my account which is a lie they never sent them. All I get is the runaround Then they close all my chats so I have to start over. I sent them proof of the transaction on blockchain with the hash I.d and the wallet address itwas sent to ( my coinme wallet) I don't know what else to do. I guess they stole my bitcoins I

the worst customer service in the history of the world. So almost 3 months later and I have opened a ticket over 9 days ago and it's still in submit stage and nobody has even looked at it . Now I have a 2nd ticket opened. they took my money when I tried to use the ATM cashout but. Gave me no code but kept my money so now im out $760.no updates at all just headache after headache. Give me a number to call only to be told by recording no calls taken. The biggest cluster Fever. I have jumped through hoops giving them all the info they need to reimburse me my $760. Not any closer to getting this resolved then I was 3 months ago. Give me a number to call finally but the recording says we are a online company only we don't take phone calls. Just a bunch of thieves you have been warned

Coinme The money never went to my wallet and it has been 13 days

I deposited $2,120 through coin me kiosk. This was on the 15th of September. The money cleared Bitcoin and transferred over to my account showing cleared, but the money has never gone to my wallet. They keep telling me that a senior associate will get with me and that has never happened. So now it has been two weeks and I am in a desperate situation to help my daughter out with that money. I don't know what else to do they do not answer my text messages or emails

Coinme Login

I have been using Coinme with no problem I made a transfer to my btc wallet on coin me. It took longer than usually but arrived I tried to login and now it says password incorrect but I know it’s right. I put in too change password and it will not allow me to change it. I email them and they said transferring to a different representative but nothing I have 6k on the account. Anyone else have this problem?

Coinme Coinme Wallet

I had BTC sent to my Coinme wallet. It was confirmed on the blockchain on 09/07/23. It’s 09/12/23 and the BTC is still not in my wallet for withdrawal. Blockchain currently shows it’s still in the wallet. I’ve reached over multiple times daily and no help. This is a common practice from Coinme. Do your research and stay away. Hopefully I’ll hear back but till then, stay away!

Desired outcome: Have my BTC available for withdrawal.

Coinme Refusing to even acknowledge court order

Coinme stole my $200 back on May 30th, after adding a debit card to my account which I verified with micro transactions - this voucher was my 4th redemption THAT day after the debit card wouldn't work! I was forced to get police report, then Court ordered subpoena and that was issued in June and still my funds are not released! Minnesota AG contacted them on my behalf and nothing, we are in process to file class action lawsuit. Tried to notify them per terms but email bounced back.

Desired outcome: My account unlocked long enough to remove my money to another wallet

Coinme Being able to verify my phone number

I’m trying to verify my phone number to finish setup of my account , but I keep getting a something’s not right message , can you please assist and help me with this issue that will not allow me to add my current number to my account that I am trying to set up but , I am getting nowhere with trying to verify my number , I don’t understand the problem and why your company had no live people to talk to

Coinme Wallet

My case 0062303 is still unresolved.

This is the 3rd time they held my money hostage, each in a different way. This time I sent btc and eth to my wallets and it never appeared in my wallet. Even though blockchain has confirmed them both. Again, lack of transparency each time from “customer service”. No help what so ever. No explanation. Other two times money held hostage was unexplained as well. Although they did return the funds eventually. It took two weeks each time as it is this time as well. No explanation ever given.

And blockchain shows someone sent the $541 from my Coinme btc address to an unknown address. Appears to be straight theft with no explanation.

Coinme bitcoin sale funds to be sent to my visa debit

on June 16th I had sold $550 of bitcoin. the cash from this sale was to go to my isa debt card. two hours after the initial transaction coin informed that the transaction (bitcoin sale proceeds going to my card) FAILED, the notification said "do not worry we are processing a credit and the funds will go back to your account soon. 3 days no credit, for next 6 days i contact their customer service through the chat in their app and i am told that upper management is working on the problem. today i the 25th still no credit. where is my money

Desired outcome: Just give me the credit im due
