Yesterday I purchased Bitcoin and got a voucher for 800 dollars and it needs to be redeemed and sent to the place I need to send it to. My account wasn't locked prior to me purchasing the Bitcoin voucher. My account needs to be unlocked right now. I have contacted coinme multiple times and all I have received is rude service.

I’ve bought bitcoin through Coinme and have never been able to retrieve…?Coinme always gives excuses of “oops something went wrong”… it’s been purchased all the way back to 2017
I need to get into my account and cant get customer service to help now there on vacation until Monday and I need help
I use a address from coinme to receive a payout from betanysports and I have not received it and I have talk to betanysports support since Friday and it's not even showing up on coinme and the live chat has not responded to my issue and my payment was sent since Friday
I been trying to get my money back because transactioned failed at coinstar machine. Since you can only message them. That process has failed.
When attempting to login to my online account I type in my login information and then it just brings me to a page that says “we are not able to offer your Coinme account”
I have tried 11 times to delete this account. The automated reply is “someone will contact you in 24hrs”.
It’s been days and nobody has contacted me and more so this account is still open.
I am not sure if Coinme is a fraud and scam company, but whatever your malfunction is, I want my account closed.
I have been unable to login into my account due to booking by Coinme but i already purchased a voucher from the atm kiosk, please how do I redeem my voucher?

Do you have help to offer in getting these people to return funds. I transfer from kraken to coinme last sunday and I am still getting the run around. Any help would be appreciated.
