I have shared my concerns through use of the attachment
I have shared my concerns through use of the attachment. I have attempted to get a response by various forms with no response from the owners, CEO, etc to resolve issues / concern. Payment has been made through an insurance claim, with the insurance company paying the majority initially and me paying the deductible. I have provided one photo with this complaint, however at least four (4) from various angles were sent to the CEO and owners.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Our Roofing is leaking on new home, due to improper installation. Garage roof has Valley and it does not have proper flashing installed. House was built in 2015 and roof was installed by Collis roofing. Collis is denying roof is under warranty despite my neighbors having similar roof issues which were repaired without charge.

Collis hit the poor service trifecta and beyond
Collis hit the poor service trifecta and beyond. Water Damage-Didnt follow installation instructions-Disregard of code. Strong arm Tactics. Reckless This issue has become to many mistakes and its time to protect the consumer. The reason I chose Collis was for their look on their finished product the first time. 2 of my neighbors had their service and nothing went wrong. Good Looking roofs. Well thats not our case. This is our 2nd roof after hurricane Irma. The first roofer did such a bad job it did not pass permitting and we had to have it done again. Collis new roof has the exact same issues. This statement is backed up by what Collis admits is wrong. Work not complete/flashing missing/white manufactures wrapping NOT CLEAR STRIP left under applied shingles *this should be removed before nailing shingles/ lastly Photos and set of manufactures install specifications. The reason they needed install specs is because of multiple Violations of instructions. (IT LOOKS WRONG OUT OF PATTERN) Collis additional mistakes and clarification: 1)water in house on day 4 after super told them to tarp house. 2)water led to servpro like company with fans and dehumidifiers 4 days. 3)water led to painters and new insulation. 4) Roof Overlay and Wrong Shingle Exposure on every visible roof view and side. 5) Scarred Shingles on every visible view and side. Missing Flashing. 6) DID NOT FOLLOW CODE. ( HOLES in roof at peak and you can see underlayment and above items on line 4. 8) Covered over roof code violation. (I HAVE PICS) 7) LIED/ they lied about sending crew to TARP or COVER hole discovered after Licensed inspector pointed it out. They said crew on way I waited all night NO SHOW. I do want to say Collis is sending crew to try to repair but I feel this complaint is for others to read for themselves. I feel I am being taken advantage of and these days that wrong. Collis at one point mentioned replacement of 4 squares and thats 400sq ft. I have had professional onions and my 3 years since Irma of reading about roof construction and fighting previous roofer that their fixing estimate is way off. Now they dont want to talk about how much they want to replace. Collis sent a great supervisior on the first days and when things went wrong they sent a new super that was not as consumer friendly and tried and I stress TRIED to intimidate me to live with some of the damage. No one else is like that at Collis. This is the super they are sending to Next week to fix problem. I specifically asked to send the first super. If your a super you can handle anything so why do they insist on sending the second one. This is not what I want at this point and dont need the hassle. This request was easy to address and I got a NO the one you feel is TRYING to be intimidating you is the one we will send. I can go on and on but to recap. Collis roofing knows what I went thru with Irma and the previous roofers. I got estimates over a year ago from them waited for legal process on last roofer called them back and they are my Groundhogs day movie. Roofing job is a well below professional and I feel there is more damage to repair than a possible total new roof.
