I called Blake late afternoon (past 5:00pm) and he was able to come over within the hour. He was professional and took time to explain the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend him.

Chappelle Roofing was a great company to work with from the beginning until the end. Honest, upfront and on time. They were very professional and stuck with the quote I was given from the very beginning. We were very satisfied with our new roof.

I highly recommend Chappelle Roofing! They came out on a Saturday to fix a repair from another company's work. The owner could have easily pushed a new roof sale but he was honest and said that I just need a small repair. It is so hard to find honest contractors these days so I really appreciate Chappelle's- Thank you!

The crew at Chappelle Roofing LLC was professional and transparent when they repaired my roof in ***. They gave me a detailed, written estimate so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I loved that they cleaned everything up after they were done and were happy to answer my questions later on. Overall, I highly recommend them!

I called for an estimate on a roof repair. Person came out and looked at problem and said they would get back to me in the afternoon or next morning. After one and a half weeks and two follow up phone calls no estimate. I called to complain about service and what do you know, an hour later I received the estimate. I chose another roofing company. No telling what service this company would provide if it take over a week and a complaint to even get an estimate.

Chappelle Roofing exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job. Professional, on time, up front, personable, not pushy. That includes everyone I dealt with. First from Mike the sales manager, to the owner Mr. C., the office employees and the crew of roofers who did the new roof. CDC Corvid19 guidelines were followed. Clean up & haul away finished out a great experience with Chappelle.
Without hesitation I would recommend Chappelle Roofing and I will be using them with confidence for any future roofing needs.

The crew and supervisors were fantastic, well-informed, competent, friendly, and got the job done (May 10-14) with NO hitches. We made a design change early in the week that the guys could take care of at minimal time loss (a skylight added). They did a wonderful job removing the old (35 + years) large skylights, and folks in the neighborhood noted how clean and wonderful the new roof looks. We cannot say enough about Chapelle Roofing! They saved the day for us in so many ways. It took a LONG TIME to get our new roof approved by the insurance company due to wind damage. They worked it out though. It finally got approved and then they replaced our entire roof in less than 2 days flat! Their operation is like a well-oiled machine. They get in, take care of business, clean up, and get out! It was quite amazing to watch actually. We are so thankful for Chapelle Roofing, and specifically Daniel who was lead us through the process. We recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I received a quote to do the entire roof on my car wash. I signed the agreement because they said once materials were received it would take two days to get the job done.

I went with Chapelle for this reason. In addition, I really liked the rep Mike. The job was started about three weeks later than original plan but I thought that's ok it's not disruptive to my business to wait. They finally got started and I was very happy with the progress. Then things started to slow down.

They don't use their own crews apparently. They are at the mercy of outside contractors. The job statrted slowing down. They left garbage all over my car wash lot. The workers broke a brand new window that I just had installed. It's been over a month now and the job still isn't done.

For some reason the owner will not return my phone calls. I'm disappointed to say the least. I'm still waiting for them to complete the job. I've already paid for half of the job according to our contract and they recently sent me another bill that I will gladly pay when the job is complete.

My revenue at the car wash wash cut in half for the entire month costing me thousands of dollars in addition to the place looking terrible with all of the stuff laying all over.

Chapelle, please call me back, please finish the job.

Very disappointed customer

I am very disappointed and irritated about a roofing job with Chappelle Roofing that I encountered this past winter. Tony, the project manager, sat down with my husband and I (I'm the sole owner) and went over the specifications for our roof project. Listed on the contract and agreement (signed by me) were: Remove existing flat roof. Remove all plywood, replace with 3/4 inch. Install new drip edge (white) and new Mulehide Base and cap material. Inspect flashing. Inspect trusses and sister new boards if needed (at extra cost). I signed the contract and agreement and made a $170 deposit. After my husband did preliminary work in preparation for this job, we were scheduled to have the project completed. My husband noticed that 1/2" plywood was being carried up to the roof, not 3/4" as agreed upon. He pointed this out to the man in charge, who in turn contacted someone else. The second boss arrived and argued with my husband that the roof couldn't be done the way it was agreed upon. At no time, was I notified of any contract problem, nor was the contract rewritten. The boss pulled his crew and left us with a roofing project to deal with. Thank goodness my husband recognized the plywood discrepancy and their intention to do the project differently. After the crew left, we contacted the main office. We were told that our deposit would be refunded. While the receptionist was pleasant, the gentleman speaking in the background (I presume the owner) was incredibly rude and uncooperative. I would never recommend using Chappelle Roofing . Beware of the promises they write in their contracts. This is a company which can't be trusted.

As long as all you need is a new roof and do not need any type of soffit or fascia work done this is a good company. They were quick to get our roof done and it was started and completed the same day. It has been inspected and is done properly except for a couple manufacture defects, which I am hoping Chappelle will take care of when we call them. They are not getting a 5 star review because their sales rep lied to us and Chappelle did not stand by his word. So make sure EVERYTHING is in writing, and that you get a copy of the paperwork. We didn't, I thought it was in the folder he left but later realized it was not. We wanted all the soffit, fascia and other wood trim work completed at the same time. The sales rep said they absolutely could do that, he just wanted to do it as a separate contract because he needed to take the pictures back to his boss to ensure he gave a proper estimate. I shamefully trusted this. When the workers showed up to do the roof, one of the guys was working on part of the fascia, but trying to replace it without removing the gutter (not sure how that is possible). Since we were expecting to get all new wood work and then could get new gutters I went ahead and advise the guy to take down the gutters. BIG Mistake, he did take down the gutters but then only replaced 1 small piece of the fascia and none of the soffit. When the sales rep finally came on site and we pressed about the wood work he then informed us that they didn't do that type of work. The facia that was replaced was the minimum to pass county inspection, and done haphazardly and is up against rotten soffit board that we now have to get another company to replace before we can get gutters. Which also means the money they charged us for the fascia was wasted money. They did not care that the sales rep lied, only that we paid them their money, very disappointing.
